    Post verdict discussions #2

I've just been thinking. If you were accused of killing your wife but really had nothing to do with it, wouldn't you be begging the police to find the person who really did it? I don't think GBC ever did this at any stage.

    Post verdict discussions #2

I thought the most bizarre part of the the whole case, investigation etc was when GBC's parents kissed for the cameras. It was like, what was that all about???????

Interview(s) from TM - the mistress

So what happens when you are paid for an interview? Do they have to pay tax? If so it will be a lot less money she'll be pocketing for her troubles.

I'm sure she will be comforted by the big pay cheque she gets for her interviews.......IMO.

If my partner was missing the furtherest thing from my mind would be going to see doctors about an itch????

    ***Day 6 -Committal Hearing*** 18th,19,20th March 2013***

And if you have already cut yourself in a particular spot, don't you normally take great care not to do it again....especially when shaving around the area you have already cut????

    ***Day 6 -Committal Hearing*** 18th,19,20th March 2013***

And the shaving excuse for the cuts......who shaves their face in a zig-zag direction? IMO

And the abrasions on his chest possibly caused by being pushed away and the fabric of his shirt rubbing frimly against the skin? IMO

    ***Day 6 -Committal Hearing*** 18th,19,20th March 2013***

IMO The injuries appear like possible struggle injuries inflicted by someone being held down either in a strangulation or suffocation hold. Just my opinion.

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #38

But surely this company is not responsible for all his debts, if they have multiple companies. And it appears it may have sufficent assets to cover what debts it has, if this this property alone is worth $400-450K.

I'm thinking that paying for those big expensive lawyer fees might be a little more difficult now.

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #32

I think it was a pretty dumb move though to leave her body anywhere near the Scouts club, as it could be connected to them easily as they know the area well. If they were smart, wouldn't you think you would go as far away as possible from that area to make the random killer theory a little more...

Allison Baden-Clay, GENERAL CASE DISCUSSION THREAD -#31

The rent role is the only asset of value to a real estate business when it is being sold, apart from the usual plant and equipment. There is a formula for calculating the rent role's value. Good will is usually not worth anything as sales customers come and go, or are taken by the agent when...

Allison Baden-Clay, GENERAL CASE DISCUSSION THREAD -#31

Has anyone read the above article? It talks about the appointment of another supreme court judge to make the waiting period for court cases shorter. In other words, GBC's trial will start a little sooner with the appointment of another judge.

I think the GBC trial may move along a little quicker, if this article below is has any bearing on the trial process. http://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/national/lnp-appoints-extra-supreme-court-judge/story-fndo45r1-1226417246206

Seems to me to be a little unfair to go painting the whole family with the same brush. Not really fair to assume that one member of the family is a reflection of the whole family. I do not know any of them personally and am not about to judge any of them on the alleged behaviour of gbc. I...

I'm sure my name will probably pop up all over the place online when I'm gone one day too. I have registrations and memberships with all sorts of things online. It's just a harmless registration wtih a car pooling organisation, what could possibly be the motive of someone "planting" it??? I...

Alison was possibly registered with the site at some point in time and her name hasn't been taken down yet. Probably nothing sinister.
