And now Dann will try to get him off on a technicality. Lynn will still be a liar and a murderer. And a wife abuser and a violent animal killer. Dann can't change that!
Isn't there an automatic sentence for murder? Admittedly it was a while ago in Qld, but I have heard sentences given as soon as the verdict is read. The judge has asked about priors, then sentenced. I suppose a sentence hearing would add or subtract depending on circumstances.
Interestingly that Lynn's is being called a pre-sentence hearing. No wonder the courts are clogged up! Couldn't the Judge have said at the time "All submissions to me a week before the sentencing date".
Honestly, if you were his elderly parents, would you want to be in court with him? Especially if you had suffered with his behaviour as he grew up. No family at court is also fairly common for murder. They would be mobbed by the journos. Keep away, and maybe see him in prison later, or pretend...
Kids were homeschooled in those days for lots of reasons. Mostly when kicked out of school or when had social issues. Or when travelling, living on boats, or had different thinking parents. I used to work in PR at Distant Ed and Flying doctors.
No, it was found on Joanne Lees t-shirt. And not much. But they explained that by them having met at a road stop - most likely when the drug deal took place. A journalist has written a great book about it. Can't remember the name. Murdock should be in jail, but not for Falcano's murder.
