Question - they keep saying they are waiting to see what the defence suggests re the 4 other penalties that are not first degree murder... why would a defence attorney suggest anything more than the least amount of time possible? Am I missing something?

I'm a bit confused - why do my tweets from court reporters keep getting deleted? They are sharing invaluable information not necessarily making it to print media.
