The torso of a male between the ages of 30-40 was found along the banks of the Ohio River this morning. There has been some speculation on Facebook that it is the body of Jacob Lipp.

A couple of updates, today they charged Tanner Stark who accompanied Shawn Carr to Fisher. It was at his house in Rimersburg that DK was given the drugs and it was Tanner Stark's girlfriend who helped undress DK and put her in the shower and administered CPR.
I read a news article and...
I think abuse of a corpse does mean leaving her, not respectfully disposing of the body (ie calling the funeral home).
I find the charges of assault interesting, makes me think there is more to it than just an overdose at a party. And he should be charged with failure to render aid along...
The truth has come out, Shawn Carr injected DK with heroin. When she had trouble breathing he put her in a cold shower and then she stopped breathing. He and an accomplice drove her to Fisher and staged her death. Link to the full story...
I'm wondering what the assault charges mean if this was an overdose and he gave her the drugs or if it is more sinister and her forcefully gave her the drugs. God bless her family and friends it's awful.
They have arrested Shawn Carr in connection with DK's death, he is charged with murder! Here is the link: http://exploreclarion.com/2013/02/25/breaking-news-murder-charges-filed-in-death-of-brookville-teen/
It sounds to me like SC is a multi county offender. What makes him of interest is his acquaintance with DK and the fact that he was picked up after her death along with KT.
Well maybe the disabled gentleman didn't help LE, I didn't know that SC had been moved to Armstrong County when I posted, I thought he was released from Clarion and was on the streets. It's all rather confusing.
I have been thinking about the disabled guy too and was talking to someone privately. I'm wondering if possibly he's helping LE capture people, just a guess. Until they come out and say what actually happened to DK it's all speculation but it sure is coincidental some of the things going on here.
I think it means they didn't set bail. If you follow the link I'll post here he was released 4 days later on February 1st (the day they picked up the girl for heroin). I can find no listing of what he was charged with either. Seems law enforcement is keeping a lot of things...
Another twist in this case that someone advised I post and share with everyone. Another young man who was an acquaintance of DK and reportedly with her the night she died was arrested in Clarion County on January 28th. There are some odd things about it - he was released the day the young lady...
Thanks Small Town Lady! I noticed the girl mentioned in the story was driving a Lexus and wondered if it was the one that DK previously had. I thought about posting and asking if anyone else noticed that in the story. The whole thing is a mystery that keeps unraveling. And it's a sad story.
When the autopsy was done January 16th the local news media reported "autopsy results are pending toxicology reports which will take up to several weeks." No word in any local media yet.
There was a local new article this morning. The young lady mentioned in the article was an acquaintance of DK from what I understand.

I just looked up and saw the response from clucian063 that you can link the victim's page so I will put that link here. This is DK's link: https://www.facebook.com/devan.fosheezy?
After her page comes up you have to click on "See older stories" in blue in the middle of the page.
If I didn't...
I don't know if this counts as "new" but I just checked DK's facebook page and some of her posts from January are now visible including one from the day she disappeared, January 11th. I would post the link here to her facebook but I think that's against the rules.
I think my husband is right, there is more to this case than an overdose. Police are keeping a very tight lid on all information perhaps in hopes that someone involved will "slip up" and reveal information that is not public knowledge and be caught.
