A window was shattered; differing opinions as to passenger or driver side of the vehicle. Investigation would show whether from the inside or outside. Were the doors locked? Keys in the ignition?
These are very fundamental questions I have. Not enough facts for me. Interesting case, but...
The passenger window was broken out. Pieces were still in the frame when it was pulled from the lake. Was it broken from the inside or outside? That considerably matters, IMO. I'm not convinced there was anything but an accident involved. Were the doors locked? Keys in the ignition?
Why would the tow truck driver be in the console of the vehicle to see the perfume bottle? OR if it was in the exposed part of the console, could the perfume be to mask the body odor? Not saying I believe one way or the other, but SO MANY QUESTIONS.
Tow truck driver would have needed identifying info (license #) to verify it was it correct vehicle to respond to. He wanted to be paid; the company is sub contract and wanted to be paid. They would submit verifying data in invoice.
The tow truck driver info is easy enough to verify. The road assistance company is a business expecting to be paid for the service. The responder would need license # at the very least to verify. ~~THEREFORE~~ there are paper trails if he's telling the truth. IMO, if he's telling the truth...
IMO, AWP has a different standard of identification than LE does. LE must have physical testing to verify; AWP can make an assumption. For whatever reason, I think there's enough evidence AWP knew what they were talking about.
Was there any broken glass inside the car? Were the doors locked? Keys in the ignition? That would mean the window was broken from the outside. I'm just not ready to blame anyone and not assume it was an accident. Please hear me out. What if Kiely was in the car passed out, reacting to...
This is just a comment on the window being broken 'months' before, there would be evidence of weather encroachment on the wall and floor around the window. I don't remember any mention of that.
I thoroughly expect JA to file MANY times throughout her lifetime. I also expect she will study and achieve what could be considered a Law Degree. What else does she have to do with the time? It gets her out of the cell and affords 'private' time; great fodder for the narcissism.
This one case I simply cannot make up my mind about. Leaning towards NOT GUILTY, but totally deserves a new trial because of all the evidence not allowed before or completely (what I see as ) skewed.
FWIW, I'm 100% against the death penalty in ANY case.
I watched Nurmi on 'In Defense Of'. I totally believe the right verdict and sentence was reached.
I'm one of the very few who came to Nurmi's defense during the trial. Everyone of us is entitled to a FAIR trial and defense. It would be an absolute shame for Jodi to be granted a new trial...
Jodi Arias has the possibility of parole in 23 years? Oh no!! She has an elevated self worth and I believe if she is ever allowed back into society, Jodi Arias will kill again. Just for the thrill of it. She's always fancied herself as smarter than anyone else. I don't doubt for a single...
I read an account by a pro in the field of investigating these types of abductions. He hasn't had any contact with this case.
Anyway..... he does not believe the story SP is saying because she is too traumatized to tell the truth due to being scared they will come back and hurt her or family...
Since the beginning, I always believed it was PR in a fit of rage. Now, I completely changed my mind. When they first did that televised interview several months afterward, there was a moment when it was so obvious Patsy knew when/where/how JBR died. I remember the spine tingling shudder...
