GUILTY KS - Vashti Seacat, 34, found slain in house fire, Kingman, 30 April 2011 - #2

I remember the prosecutor saying in closing arguments that he did start the fire with the kids in the house. She mentioned that they were interviewed.

KatieCoolady Holds 'Court' - The Dedicated KCL Thread

Just saw on Anderson Cooper the split between the jurors was 8-4 for death. That is good news and makes me really hopeful the next jury will side with death. Prayers going out for the Alexander family for strength in the coming months.

    Penalty Phase #13

I agree! There are plenty other artists in the world I really don't think we'd miss seeing hers. She can draw all she wants and hang them in her isolation cell once she gets the DP.

Jodi Arias Legal Question and Answer Thread *no discussion*

Sorry if this has been asked before but I am still confused about the defense mitigation specialist role. My rudimentary understanding is that she has been present during the trial to observe and look for instances that defense could use to help during mitigation. Not sure if I have that right...

    Verdict Watch 05/06/2013 - part 2

These latest tweets just show us how disconnected from reality and evil this woman is...doesn't matter if it's donovan typing them out.

    Verdict Watch 05/06/2013 - part 2

Jeez louise....judging from that last tweet, it's STILL not her fault! The meanie prosecution FORCED her into trashing Travis! I have no words....

Thank you for posting these. After listening to Chris Hughes talk for 3 hours and seeing the pictures, like so many others here I am in tears. Justice for Travis will come very soon!

KCL, you are an angel on earth. I can't think of any other words to describe you and what you are doing for the Alexander family. So much love extended your way from all of us here.

KCL when you talk to Pasa...I'm sure she already senses it and you've told her before , but please let her know she is in our thoughts and prayers. my3sons, thank you so much for your jury notes, the jury seems to have such a handle on the truth and facts of this trial, it rejuvinates my...

Why yes I do! He's 24 so as long as you don't mind a few anger issues, a warped sense of humor and blatant robbing of the cradle he's just the guy for you! :floorlaugh: Oh, and don't mention the spanx, not sure he knows what they are so he'd probably thing that was an invitation! :blushing:

I would love to ambush her too! She may intimidate me in intellect but I would not be opposed at all to have her for a daughter in law!

You should qualify by proxy since you did name your daughter with a name that does have a name starting with the "K" sound :rocker:

She worked it in while JW was questioning her about her CV, I must say it was brilliant and JW seemed a little taken aback by it because it took her a few seconds to move on to the next question. She didn't respond to it at all, in fact JDM repeated it again a few questions later. You must go...

I know you are right....I just want Juan to address every single lie they've told and demolish them, but also knowing in my heart the jurors don't believe them. I'm just having such a hard time knowing how hard it must be for Travis' family. Just putting it out there and get it out of my...

Wonderful! I can't wait for the jurors to see this video if it is admitted...let them see for themselves how disengaged she is while he's telling his story after the testimony of JDM! :great:

KCL, question for you....I was a little bit surprised JM finished his questioning of JDM so quickly without going into so many of the fairy tales that have come out in court. I'm assuming he will bring them out on redirect or will he just let them lie (ha! LIE) and not address them? Seems like...

Still praying for PASA and her family member and am glad she was able to share HH with you tonight. I'm sure it was good for her to get out and share with friends for even a little bit tonight. Give her hugs from all of us the next time you see her and let her know we are all praying for her.
