Psychopaths for sure lack some things; empathy and conscious. They think what they are doing is right and only want to hear what they hear. They are often self justifying in nature.
Just look at Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Pol Pot, Osama bin Laden, Anders Breivik, Eric Harris, Charles Manson, Jeffrey Dahmer, Lori Drew, Diane Downs, Gertrude Baniszewski, Casey Anthony, Jerry Sandusky, and Fred Phelps as they are all psychopaths. There is no reasoning with them. They are outliers by any stretch of the imagination as they did something horrific from genocide, terrorism, mass murder, serial killing, kill own child, bully child to suicide, child molestation, or picketing funerals. A psychopath could be your neighbor or banker.
