If it was proved to me without a shadow of doubt that she did it I would agree, but Im not holding my breath as I believe her innocent although I do hope whoever did this gets what they deserve.

The state does not have a burden to prove "shadow of a doubt" the term is "reasonable doubt." In Darlie's case the jury believed her guilty so they convicted her. They sat through the trial seeing the evidence, listening to the witnesses and hearing and seeing the defendant. The state proved their case beyond a reasonable doubt and so far the appeals courts have upheld the verdict.

Whomever did this is getting what she deserves.

Yep, just answered it. As far as the Archives...they only go back to 2004 here.

Okay here is how you find them... click on the Darlie topic from the trials menus and it takes you to the threads here we are posting on.

Go to the bottom of the page and below is what you see..not this jumbled up mind you, I have to copy and paste it, LOL.

You can change the thread views. By choosing "beginning" from the drop down menu it will take you to the beginning of the archives....2004. I don't know if they archive archives...you'd have to ask a moderator but they have to save bandwidth so 2004 is all we might get.
