Is it too late for Jodi to plead insanity? Maybe some of the jurors find her mentally unstable prior to this incident that's why they asked if she ever got help for her mental issues?

She should have from the start. Or to just say she lost it in a rage of emotion. Anything but lying about self defense.

I went to art school have lived off my painting in the past and work as an Art Director for my day job .. I view folios and deal with creatives constantly, I have also been on the admissions board at an art school.

She has no talent. She wouldn't even get through round one if she was applying for a course. Her 'art' is just copies of pictures from magazines. There's no particular talent in her drawing style, she has no unique aesthetic, she has no particular flair in application of material and most of all she has nothing to say - there's no conceptual thinking involved.

She'd end up on the reject pile if she even got to interview stage. There's no creative intelligence to her work at all.

Same here. even her photography was crap. She talked about her good camera being an Olympus. Find me five pros who use an Olympus--ain't happening.

I consider myself to have a small amount of talent painting. My avatar is one of my paintings. I am proud if they hang in a display in my town's public library. Based on Jodi's evaluation of her own talent maybe I'm aiming too low. Lol

I concur. That's just sensationalism set out by mainstream media.

I believe the camera was around her neck the whole time and in the struggle(s), it kept making contact with her body and going off.

Even the photo of her shoe/pants and Travis' bloody dragging body.....I believe the camera was still on the strap, around her neck but was lower to the ground as she was hunched over tugging his body.

I think the camera became unattached from the strap and dropped into the wash machine unbeknown to Jodi. I think she left with the strap around her neck.

How is it, not ONE neighbor saw her that evening??? Don't people usually come home from work around this time? Or....did Jodi hide up there until the wee hours of the morning then, make her escape??? Hmmmmmm If only Napoleon could speak.

The camera strap was still wrapped up in the bag... never used yet.

And it doesn't even make sense. Why would she have injuries on her ankles? Travis was attacking her ankles? He was down on the ground attacking her? Makes no sense.

And she had socks on. It's harder to get abrasions on ankles through a fabric than if she had bare skin. I'm not buying the injured ankle defense.

Ok.. SHE KNEW SHE WAS AN OBSESSED STALKER... but more creepy is why took pics is this why there were pics taken right before she killed him???

To up the creep factor, she took those photos after she murdered him.

She didn't take the camera because she knew she "deleted" photos and the incriminating finger prints would have been washed off in the washer!

Luckily, she didn't take it! Otherwise she would have never confessed and Travis would have never got justice.

She hated having that referred to as "mental condition" issues. When Mr Martinez was trying to get her to explain this "Brain Scramble" she describes that her brain scrambles, all memory is lost when some stress happens.

He went back to ask something and said "well for lack of a better term, "your condition...""

so I recall they called it a condition from there on in...I think she got mad, she has no condition or memory loss in my opinion

I need to watch the video of her murder demo using the floor plan, because I thought she indicated with her long, bony finger that Travis was running south, away from the bedroom door, down the hall toward the bathroom as she was getting the gun in the closet. I didn't see anyone else mention this, so I must be mistaken. Still, looking forward to the video.

The jury wanted a demonstration using this exhibit and she would not touch that layout on screen..She motioned with hands, drew on the table but did not do what they asked her to do! She cannot reenact what did not happen. imo

We never re-tell the same story exactly the same when we are telling the truth.

I thought it was interesting and very telling when she was answering a question, not sure which one, and she said she was sure about something because she had written it in her journal and she had read the journal many times in the last 3 or 4 years. She probably has it memorized with all her answers. jmo

Jodi was in such a fog that she was able to view the unintentional pics taken and "delete" them? The ceiling shot and shot of her dragging Travis were deleted, weren't they?

Right - so her fog started right after the (cough!) gun went off.

I wonder how long long after that the 'moment of clarity' (clean up, photo deletion, washer) showed up - and then disappeared again, because the fog was back until she looked at her bloody hands in the desert.
