"Beau Lamarre-Condon:

Chilling details emerge of accused killer cop's mental state

as 'rot sets in'

for celebrity chaser accused of murdering Jesse Baird and Luke Davies.

Accused killer cop Beau Lamarre-Condon has finally been hit with the harsh reality he faces as the onetime celebrity chaser sinks into despair in his prison cell.

'He's very down.
He's hit the lows'.

He is awaiting a psychiatric assessment due to be conducted in May and has retained barrister Tomislav Bicanic to work with solicitor John Walford.

Mr Walford has previously said Lamarre-Condon's mental health would likely feature in any defence case he presented to the court.

'Mental health is something we expect to come into play,'
he said in March.

'It certainly seems there are things we have to look at in that way'.
.....
Lamarre-Condon is in what is known as an observation camera cell which allows correctional officers to monitor him 24 hours a day.

Regular physical checks are also made to ensure he has done no harm to himself in his sparse housing,
which is in a relatively new section of the jail."

Prison real bad. Get used to it, sunshine.

Fresh twist as alleged killer cop Beau Lamarre-Condon files lawsuit against NSW Police

“Accused killer cop Beau Lamarre-Condon will lodge a lawsuit against NSW Police for bullying and harassment, according to his lawyer John Walford.

The former NSW Police senior constable is accused of shooting Jesse Baird, 26, and Luke Davies, 29, at Baird’s Paddington sharehouse in February and disposing of the bodies on a rural property in Bungonia, near Goulburn.

Sunrise newsreader Edwina Bartholomew spoke about the new developments on Thursday.

“The defence lawyer for accused killer cop Beau Lamarre-Condon says his client is continuing with a lawsuit against the NSW Police Force for bullying and harassment while he was a constable,” Bartholomew said.

“Yes, action against police is continuing … it’s huge,” Walford said.

It is believed mental health will “probably” form part of Lamarre-Condon’s defence to the murder charges.”

BLC matter before the court tomorrow, listed for further mention. There are 2 magistrates sitting, Magistrate Chris Longley and Magistrate Daniel Covington.

Excuse my ignorance, but why 2 magistrates? Is this just for BLC case?

Interesting words from lawyer.
The timing of this lawsuit is also interesting.

I can see it now, he was bullied by all those darn Cops , which led to "mental Health".....blah blah blah & caused him to stalk celebrities & ex partners

I guess he has to try something to make him not look like an alleged cold blooded murderer who couldn't handle rejection............

It’s a really long bow to draw, isn’t it.

At some point, one must be responsible for one’s actions. <Allegedly>.

IMO The timing of this lawsuit looks like a deliberate attempt to shift the blame.
Makes BLC look even worse.
If I was a juror, this would not make him score any sympathy point!

From report….'He's very down. He's hit the lows.'
Oh really? Just imagine how Luke and Jesse’s families and loved ones feel?
As a former police officer, BLC would be well versed in the notion of Actions and Consequences.

Lawlink today has only one magistrate presiding, Magistrate Covington. They must have listed the 2 magistrates yesterday while they were deciding who would preside on the case.
