Do you remember reading in Amys interview when the detective asked her where Casey got pot from and she answered, from Ricardo? Are am I just blurry eyed after reading for hmm probably 10 hours today.

She said Tony, I believe.

I thought I was missing something, but I guess not. There's no mention from Tony about the Pontiac during that week to twelve days, if Tony rode in it, where she parked it, or if it smelled.

The detective interviewing Tony seemed really interested in the car wash where Casey took his jeep before picking him up from the airport. I wonder why?!

CitizenKim~ Thank you soooo much for that synopsis and the funny editorials. I really enjoyed reading it. these guys are morons and I have such a hard time reading their statements, as well as the constant interruptions by the detectives.

Thanks- I did Lee's first --the caffeine and rage are pretty much coursing through my veins right now! :furious::furious::furious::furious::furious:! I did the Amy one too, but its no summary and it got a bit profane - PM me and I'll share. I have only been able to read those 3-- I'm feeling way behind!! Has anyone else done summaries?

Yeah, like maybe they'll forget they know something about Tony in exchange for a favor from him. I haven't read JG's interview yet, but Amy did say that the tot mom's pot use increased during the time she was with Tony.

CitizenKim...I was thinking that all of the items deleted prior to the 15th may have given some insight to what she was doing with her days when she claimed that she was going to work and working 10 and 12 hour days...I.E. an escort service. She had to be doing something illegal IMO to be taking such extreme measures to delete history and all of the elaborate lies that followed. JMO

Yeah, I was thinking escort or "day stripper" - day shift dancing would explain low wages. She may have been too exhausted to "escort" - busy girl! :bang:

Tony was with Casey when she went to the house and took the gas cans.

Does that sit right with everyone?

It does seem a little odd, but what bothered me even more was that in the neighbors (can't remember his name) interview, he was saying that he thought that Casey had stopped by the house on another day with a male in a small truck. He was asked if it could have been an SUV (maybe like Tonys?) and he said no, that it was a small truck. Who would that have been? I know that JG drives a truck, but is it a small truck?

Why would he not remember which day she ran out of gas, but be so sure that she spent the night before that day with him? What happened that night? His answer doesn't seem to make any sense to me:

Page 23, lines 4-9:

AL: I mean whenever, whenever I picked her up the night before the AmScot is, was the night she definitely stayed over.

EE:Why do you, why does that stand out to you in your mind?

AL: Because that morning she uhm, she left my place as she said she was coming back. And that day that hap ...well whatever that day happened uhm, that's when I got a call to come pick her up, that she ran out of gas"

I haven't read JG's yet, but I'm almost positive it was in Amy's that she said Tony is the one that supplied Casey with pot and brownies.

I've been mulling over Tony's statements regarding when he picked Casey up from Amscot. IIRC, she had groceries that appeared to come from her parents house and clothes. That was on the 27th. That seems to be a coinkydink with GP's statement that Casey came to his house on the 24th, picked up some clothes. That George retrieved the gas cans and Lee says Casey gave them back and George didn't see the trunk. I think George may have seen Casey on the 27th, not the 24th.

It makes me wonder if George didn't in fact see the trunk, found what was in it, or at least smelled it, and advised Casey to dump the car. I think GA may know more and never counted on Cindy calling LE. Cindy was distraught in the 911 call. But George was not suprised when he opened the trunk at the towyard.

I definitely have the feeling of an accomplice after reading this. If she ditched the car around 7 a.m. and didn't call TL for a ride until after lunch, someone came and got her during that time on the 27th and dropped her back off with her care packages. JG said she called him 1st for a ride but he was over at his parents. Can't they check cameras in the surrounding area and see who dropped her back off?

WHY oh why would Lee spend all that time talking to Tony? The priority should have been caylee missing and talking to casey about everything. For Lee to up and run to Tony's to talk to him for hours at that time of night is very fishy, and MY GOODNESS that AL stutters. He can hardly get a sentence out correctly....lies or just nervous?

But its interesting to me that he said she had freezer pops and frozen chicken—like—you have to come get me I have frozen stuff and also like—see I have popsicles for you and I’ll cook you chicken and sleep w/you – PLEASE come get me. He also says she didn’t want to “bother” him w/taking care of car w/gas and all that hassle- bc she knew he was busy w/school. So he said that she was already out of the car—OF COURSE bc it was reeking of decomposition at the time and she didn’t want darling boyfriend near anything so distasteful. GRR!

I’m sure she would like to have “left” it wherever she left that “blackjack” phone bc the tale of the changing phone numbers and the swapping of the sim cards is FLIMSY at best. Casey’s plan was not finished- she was not ready to launch into these lies- damn that Amy. I’m not sure now long she thought she had- idiot.

If Casey left her phone at Tony's when Cindy picked her up, how did Casey have her phone to text Tony and talk to him on July 16th?

Better yet, if Lee did pick up Casey's phone when he got her bags, how did Tony have the phone to get in touch with Amy? IIRC, Amy said that she talked with Tony (in person... on the 17th) for 1.5 hrs after all this went down on the 15th. She was just going to pick up her checkbook but stayed and talked. That's when Tony read her the text that "Casey" sent. ("If they never find her, guess who gets to spend an eternity in jail.")

There's something up with all of that for sure.

Though obviously I don't know this for sure but I tend to doubt that Casey was working as an escort.

Do you know how much a woman makes working for an escort service? It can be anywhere from $150- $500 an hour for outcall services, split with the "service" 60/40 or 70/30, the escort, not the service, taking the higher percentage. Also typically in one shift an Escort will have 4 or more calls.

And I'm going on your normal "run of the mill" service, not a high class service (they makes TONS more money!) and what I knew for a fact back in 1999 through 2001 in a very different area than Orlando. I'm willing to bet the pay is higher in the Orlando area.

I just can't see that she would still be living at home with her parents.. they, not her paying for her and Caylee's living expenses, buying clothing from Target (not saying anything is wrong with that just that with the amount of money an escort makes she wouldn't be shopping at Target) driving an old car, running out of gas, stealing gas cans from her parents shed.

On top of all that she also stole money from Amy, her brother, a friend of her brothers, her grandparents and her parents. Let's not forget about the credit cards of her moms that she stole and charged up in excess of $40k! She didn't even own her own laptop, she had to take (steal?) Cindy's when she left for that month!

So anyway, I'm having a hard time with the Escort theory.

JULY 15th Cindy takes Casey out of the house with Amy. Casey leaves all of her stuff there. Tony calls Amy on Casey's cell to find out what happened.

LATE NIGHT JULY 15th/EARLY MORNING JULY 16th. Lee comes over to get Casey's stuff and cell phone


JULY 16th Casey didn't get arrested until later on in the evening . That morning is when she supposeably texted Tony with that quote, she also talked to him that morning as well. She even said she talked to him the morning that she got arrested because its in her 1st jailhouse call to Christina. "I just want to talk to Tony because he is my boyfriend and I haven't talked to him since early this morning."

JULY 17th Amy goes to Tony's to get her checkbook and he talked to her for 1 1/2 hours. He reads to her the text Casey sent him.

I posted on the brandon thread...that I agreed with someone over there....TL interview also AH's interview just hit me and made me feel 'odd' like stuff was too 'rememberable' or so out there and pointing in CAsey's direction...just an odd feeling I had...now don't misunderstand I dont think that AH and/or TL did something to Caylee, just don't think it all went down how they are saying it's like they are covering something up...and AH keeps saying Caylee was at parties such as the without clotehs but exit and dante said no never.....a lot fo things dont add up....and its very obviously TL was not into having the kid around or at least that is what LE thinks becvause they kept asking him, and why would play mind games with KC re a new relationship....(she's not innocent, just i dont know something about TL's interview is not sitting right with me )...
