I don't see that happening.
they are projecting a very disturbing persona to me. We know Caylee is dead and gone, but in the interim, lets make some money out of it anyway by selling our story, your $$ may help to heal us and we need to pay off our bills.
no wonder they need a PR agent.
IMO the only hope is for George to take Caylee's side. IT is time, he knows the truth.... they all do. BUT Lee and Cindy will not let the truth out even if that means NEVER bringing Caylee to rest. George can do this. George is the only one to do this.
Hi Patty. It may very well be that LE wanted to get all the outsider opinions before they added in the insiders opinions, so they would have a better idea if anyone was not being completely honest from the "inner circle". That makes sense to me...they compile a great deal of info from the "outside" players, and compare THAT and then they have a fairly good view of certain things...THEN add in the "inside" players, and it would be VERY easy to see if someone was not being honest. By the time Cindy gave THIS statement it was crystal clear what parts of Casey's stories were lies...and after all, Casey was not WITH her family during that month when she did not report her daughter missing, she was with the "outsiders"...It makes sense to me that they did it in this order...but that is just me...:blowkiss:

Here is the likely reason for her knee-jerk reaction to being asked to sign a sworn statement:
From today's Orlando Sentinel--
Anthony, 22, has been charged with 13 felony counts, including child neglect, filing a false statement to law enforcement and various check-fraud charges, since reporting in July that her daughter disappeared in the care of a baby sitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez.
(Bolded and underlined by me)

Oh, I don't think she's falling for anything. I think she's quite aware and still chooses not to believe one thing that's been relayed to her. Yes, I think it's been a conscious decision on her part to put the blame on LE.,snipped for content>
If I were in Cindy's shoes I definately would be my granddaughters voice.
I would have taken a stance on July 15th when I found out my granddaughter was missing, after I smelled death in that car. After Casey's 30day jail stint, after the preliminary tests came back from the body farm, after DNA of that hair in the trunk, I would have stood beside LE, telling the public, I will love and support my child Casey and if it is found she had anything to do with the death of my granddaughter Caylee, then she will have to pay for that. If it's jail time, then so be it.
Out of Cindy's own mouth she's told Casey's friends, she is a pathological liar, she is a sociopath, she is a thief, so stay away from her...Take those words and eat them Cindy for you are falling for everything you've told others to be aware of....:furious:
You know, I have tried to put myself in her shoes. I can't.
As much as I love my children, I have a duty to my grandchildren to make sure they are safe from harm and being well taken care of. It is part of my role as a grandparent because I am on the inside of the family and should be aware of what is going on. If I turned my back on my grandchild to enable my child to abuse or neglect...I am no better than the abuser and in fact...I would be worse because I could have stopped it or prevented it from happening at all.
I would not lie for my children in order to cover up a crime especially involving one of my grandchildren. I would not allow this scenario that is being perpetuated by CA.
So no...my feet won't fit in her shoes because they are full of BS (IMO).
This is an excellent post and so full of truth.
This is the second thing about this case that bothers me most, the first being of course. that a child suffered and died who knows how at the hands of 2 'so called mothers'.
KC is grown, she is passed hope, far passed it. There is NOTHING CA can do to save her now and trying to be her 'voice' is so absurd it's hilarious.
WHERE is the innocent's voice? WHO the hell is speaking for HER? WHAT is wrong with a person that would defend her murderer? I could care less that the murderer is her child..she has been allowed to do unspeakable things that any decent person would put a stop to. Instead, she was enabled.
There comes a time when you've done all you can do to help a person, and I don't give a DAMN who that person is, you turn and walk away and make them suffer the consequences.
That little girl has no voice..she has nobody to defend her. She probably died a horrible death and it's blatantly apparent to anyone who can see, her life wasn't much better, considering who was parenting her.
The least someone can do is stand up for that baby. She wasn't even potty trained!! She was a baby, who ended up being a pawn in a sick mind game between 2 seriously unstable people.
That is the biggest case of injustice I have ever encountered and it makes me sick every time I think about it.

This is the bottom line IMO.
And, that sweet innocent baby was the ONLY person to love Casey unconditionally. Caylee loved her mommy, and her mommy repaid that love by throwing her into the trunk of a hot car so she could party and hang with her latest boy-toy. She is THE most evil female I've ever come across.
Well, that may prove to be very important. CA would then not be too credible a witness IMO.So Cindy says during this interview that Casey had been texting her quite a bit during her lost period, and she had never really texted much before. So they take her phone during the interview to make a copy for forensic analysis.
(this is also odd, the interview is 8/4 but the forensic files I have are dated 8/3, 9:30 PM - anyone have an idea why that would be? Computer clock off maybe? The report was created 8/4, 7:30 AM)
The analysis that I have shows NO text messages before 8/2 - 2 days before this interview. Even states that in the forensic report.
So Cindy is either LYING about getting texts from Casey during this period, or she WIPED them out. Either way, it does not make her look good.

:fight:
Well said, Janis. The way Casey backed away when Caylee was trying to kiss her in the ice cream video did not go unnoticed. I have seen many, many sweet children but never one sweeter than Caylee.
The enabling ties a knot in my head. How CAN this go on! Many Web Sleuths have suggested that the family (& I include Lee) is really afraid of Casey. No wonder she was bounced to the curb. Since the family could not cope with her, to preserve sanity, they had to oust her.
Nope, she's not going to be a credible witness, but she is definitely going to be a "hostile witness" :furious: Anybody wannna wager on how many minutes into direct the DA calls for that?
