judge is concerned! Wants KC there from now on!
 
judge Strickland says he wants KC in the court room during hearings from now on. Won't force issue today, but going forward...
 
Strickland wants her present at future hearings. Judge not forcing issue today.

judge understood that duputy's went to pick up KC and she refused to go or "couldn't go" to court.

Great i just heard the news that Casey wont have to give the dispostion under oath. She will just keep on spinning her lies.
