You know, I don't get why everyone is all that upset with Geraldo. I don't usually say much on here b/c by the time I get finished reading everything has been said, but I just have to say something.

Yes, Geraldo is a jerk at times, but in this instance I think he did a good thing. That father is such a liar and I don't believe one thing that comes out of his mouth. Same with Misti. I think the bio-mom has had it. I think she wants to let everyone know what a creep he is. Yes, she might not have been much better, but I think she wants to tell what she knows b/c something just isn't right about all this.

I have been shaking my head and saying something isn't right since day one. I don't know what it is, but I'd bet money someone in that trailer knows. Too many coincidences. Misti finding the pink shirt in the laundry was the final straw for me. Now isn't that just a big coincidence! Nope...something is not right.

I may be totally wrong, but so be it. I think Geraldo helped Haleigh big time, b/c now the gloves are off and maybe the real truth will be told. Oh, and did anyone notice how the dad said that every single thing said about him was untrue? He never said anything? Come on....REALLY????? You really want us to believe you are lily white? Nope....this has nothing to do with the bio-mom getting jr. This is about what went on in that home.

I didn't watch the show, but FWIW, I believe several posters posted that RC was denying current drug use and not past drug use.

I am going back to check, but I do believe this is correct. He is denying current drug use or sales etc.

Probably because she had baby Chloe and didn't get to work for quite awhile.I don't think it's right anyway,he's got a good job,she's only got the kids four days a month and he's shacking up with a kid.Just my opinion...And she can't seem to tell the truth from one day to the next,that's why the three polygraphs.

Anyone could already tell that Ron is quick tempered and might yell when angry and everyone knows that he owns a gun and a moron could figure out that he would have put the word out to anyone he suspects that he's not afraid to use it. He said that on a recorded 911 call. Of course, like most anyone, there are probably certain people that Rons doesn't trust and might suspect. The only thing that Crystal told was that "her cousin" saw him backhand Haleigh. Lots of cousins running around in this case.

It is kind of funny... "her cousin" saw that, he told "her boyfriend" about the 75% sure he knows who did it stuff....

Nope he didn't. I think mom's side has had enough. They have been there a week now - they were the first to reach out and try to work together last week - but LE had to intervene to get Jr last weekend for mom's visitation. Now we hear they have been threatened and RC saying he knows 75% at a vigil. I would have had enough too. You can only bully people so long before they begin to fight back.



Yeppers - he sure don't - at least not today! Well that is unless you count the legal meds they got him on. Still can't believe he denied denied denied - not good.



She also said ectasy. Meth and coke will make a user very paranoid and very agressive - abusive.



Well - there was some excused so RC had to have called in - yet he let 12 unexcused just go by. Not a real routine kinda guy. If you call in once - you call in. Not just here and there. Plus the tardies - hhmmm just overslept from the party the night before? Betcha most of those tardies were Mondays.

The school system my daughter attended allowed for 9 excused absences per year, it had nothing to do with whether the parent called in or not. After those 9 absences, if a doctor's note was not provided the absence was considered unexcused, even if the parent did call in.

The Maternal side wants answers. With little or no info from LE & the changing of the stories. I dont blame them for throwing a few "eye openers". The truth hurts...thats too bad, its her daughter too and she loves her just as much. AND I watched this family bite their tongues just about as long as they could, I could see this comin. Let the chips fall where they may.

SS, I don't even get the point of the BioMom's family bringing this photo to light. Do these people not understand that if a child is injured at school and one tiny mark is left on said child an incident report is filed, pictures are taken, witness statement from other teachers. Just in case of a lawsuit. Then to top it off, RC took Haleigh to the Dr. the very next day (this was further down in GR's show) to have Haleigh evaluated and returned 6 days later for a follow up because RC thought her nose might be broke. This whole picture thing was stupid. JMO.

Exactly! This is the way Bio Mom and family started out this case. Sour grapes and bringing the custody fight into it. It is the reason I have suspected their family could have something to do with Haleigh's disappearance. They have NO room to talk when it comes to having skeletons in their closet.

That's what I thought too but I'm old and forget easily. I think Geraldo was asking him about the past - did he abuse Crystal when she was pregnant? Did he take drugs? I don't think he was asking him about his present day drug use.

Nope I respectfully agree to disagree that a mother shouldn't have to pay child support for her children if she doesn't have custody. Both parents are responsible to every child they bring into the world ...equally. IMHO

ITA. Thought Ron's posse looked scary. Ron's dad...not positive what his deal is...but he looked rough. Thought he was going to punch GR! Though this was sort of cringe-inducing and Jerry Springer-esque, maybe the wheels will start turning and people will start being truthful now that most of the dirty laundry has been aired anyway.

I still believe Misti is the key to the puzzle.

I can't see the show, but I have read the custody court hearing, and the judge said the reason he gave custody to Ron was because he had a job, period.
The report is a good read.
Ron took his one and two year old to Texas and threatened to take them to Mexico. Crystal imo knew she would never see her kids again if she got custody.
Both Crystal and Misty were acting the same way when this thing started. IMO, they have both been pysically and emotionally abused by Ron. I have thought this from the beginning. I thought he was fake crying, but I also thought Misty and Crystal were as well.
Ron having Misty call 911 instead of him doing it was strange. I did not think that he killed Haleigh though.

I think this is a good thing because it caused people to see how quick tempered Ron really is. jmo

I think the 12 doctor's appointments she didn't take Haleigh to had quite a bit to do with it....

I can understand why he would deny all the charges publicly,because how embarrassing.He could have said he's had problems in the past and he's changed.I am wondering if he's been found out as a drug informant and they took her for a lesson?Or he owed money and they were holding her till he paid up?

Maybe the bioMom feels she needs to force the LE's hands into forcing him to tell who he thinks would have her.She wants her back and everyone's life has stopped,because he's had a child watching thier children and can't stop lying about that night.IMO

Also,if this is true about him still dealing,this is why he'd not want to come out publicly against Misty,because she would tell all she knows.BTW,I think Crystal just got Chad in alot of trouble,he'll have to watch his back now,with RC's temper.

I think you've got it Winterrose. In fact Geraldo as much said the point isn't their thinking Ron did anything to Haleigh, but rather he has lots of friends - maybe a relative = who might have reason to get back at him and could have taken her.

I can see where getting this info out could help LE discover the truth about what happened. They wanted to make waves in that community cause someone knows something. I would have the thought too that the the questions Geraldo put out there were approved by LE. That is just my thoughts tho that LE was a silent force behind the show tonight..

I think this is unfair. The paternal side wants answers, too! Misty...it seems has them somewhere and isn't being upfront. This is not the fault of the paternal side of the family. It is HER fault!
