I think the correct legal name for this is the temper tantrum affidavit, short form. I have no idea what inquiry the judge will or won't allow at a hearing, but it does seem obvious the defense wants to ward it off. A brief with legal authorities might have been in order, but oh well. This filing seems a little deficient and wildly inappropriate, naming names and attributing personal motives with no proof, bringing up an old plea/immunity offer that has long since gone off the table. The "story" part in quotes is too cute, and doesn't address all the concerns raised by the state. The claim of innocence is sort of the same: she says she didn't commit the crimes she's charged with. It comes off pretty mis- or half-truthy.
