It's almost as if JBaez is arguing the type of rationale that he might (try to) argue to undermine what Dr. Haskell would have to say at trial.
This is not about money. It's about trying to discredit Dr. Haskell's report,w hich JBaez claims was made w/o the benefit of additional evidence "discovered" by Dr. Lee. :doh: hehehe
SA is on target re: no evidence that Dr. Lee didn't possess all knowledge that bag had been transferred to another location for examination for pupae, etc., and that paper towel, too, had been sent elsewhere.
SA reminds Judge of prior ruling that SA is under NO obligation to stand there with Dr. Lee to explain what its' experts did!

Okay I see how this is going to play out...it's all a conspiracy...the world is conspiring against KC. They have experts they did not tell us about. Their experts are going to try and poke holes in our rock solid "truth will set our client free" defense.

This is just embarassing, becoming antagonistic and combative when you lack a clear point to back you up will get you no where (high school debate basics). The lack of professionalism is astounding, if this is not nipped in the bud I fear KC will breeze through on appeal.
