Hey, I wasn't saying 'YOU' were confused. I was saying 'I' was confused. Gosh, this is all confusing! LOL! Wish I was psychic.

No, no, I think you're right about me being mistaken re RK's "psychic" girlfriend. :blowkiss:

Seriously, I was trying to add up the supposed psychic tips. With the exception of GSJ, these psychic tips seem to hit very close to home.:D

GSJ... Lemme think--was she the one who drove down Suburban, past the site, with a dog and 2 other helpers in the car, one of them a young man/boy? Because if that's who you mean, then I remember that the boy (evidently a 'psychic-in-training') exclaimed about suddenly feeling sick at the precise moment they approached the actual site where Caylee's remains were later found. GSJ barely acknowledged his reaction, but truthfully, he was exactly "right on."

I'm not a big believer in most of this psychic body-finding stuff, but I can't deny that boy "alerted" sharply at the right spot on Suburban. Of course, for all we know, he may have done the same thing dozens of times in different locations.

IMO Amy seems like a very strong personality. She was VERY confident and didn't sound very nervous in her interview with LE. IMHO. I have a feeling she will hold her own. All she has to do is think of the money KC took from her, I bet she can find strength and anger if she goes there, enough to get her by. I say GO AMY!!!! JMO.

Has there been a doc from LE saying that KC's prints were not on the duct tape. I remember reading that no prints of GA, CA, or LA were found but I must have missed the statement about KC's prints. Drat!

My recollection is the same as yours. Do we have documentation now that KC's prints weren't on it either? If so, Double Drat!

Leonard's on again tonight. Still mentioning his 'daisy chain' of somebody (maybe RK's girlfriend) at the jail passing information to RK where to find Caylee. :D

Nancy's moving on to another missing person.

OMFG- The woman works at the jail so.. what? (not directed at you but at LP) Casey wouldn't tell LE a damn thing but randomly told this person who works for the Dept of corrections where she put the body and the woman then sent her husband to find it? yeah OK.

Well, I read that also. If they did not find KC's prints, wouldn't they have said so? Sounds to me like that means maybe they did have her prints.

Don't think so, Mama. I suspect that LE was trying to rattle JB's confidence by deliberately ommitting KC's name from the list of people whose prints weren't on the duct tape. If her prints had been found on it, I think LE would have jubilantly let it be known in hopes of making JB ask for a plea.

I hope I'm wrong--as I so often do lately when it comes to this case.

Not exactly...I got the feeling that whoever this mysterious person was overheard a conversation Casey may have had with her attorney...or that's what I gathered at least from what LP said and the conversation here.

I was wondering the same thing...but they don't necessarily have to release that information yet. JB would get the info eventually when he deposes the people from the lab who analyzed the tape. Do we even know if they have been added to the States list of witnesses?

But that isn't the same as a jailhouse snitch is it? Gurads aren't sypposed to listen in on attorny/client conversations.

Goodness, you would think that if they did happen to hear such a thing they would TELL someone in charge what they learned rather than pretending to find the body by accident and take a chance of allowing a murderer to go free. Public servents my a$$.

JB is going to grill AH over her testimony with clever questions to try to draw out inconsistencies and then try to claim AH is either not credible or, a liar or, get some snippet beneficial to defense or, all three.

It seems to be a part of the gauntlet as part of our justice system .... I have run the gauntlet and, as someone testifying with the truth ... the Defense can really mess you around and drive you crazy. Trip you up.

My thoughts are with AH that she can be strong, be truthful and, be consistent.

:waitasec:
Huh? JoseB asking clever questions?

No, no, dear OLG, you got it wrong. :blowkiss: LP's belief/theory is that KC confided to JB where Caylee's remains were during a private lawyer-client meeting at the jail, and that jail personnel overheard/eavesdropped on the meeting. Since RK's girlfriend was a jail employee at that time; LP believes RK's girlfriend heard the jailhouse gossip and she told RK where to search and what to look for.

I started to change that but turned towards TV and NG and by the time I turned around the thought to change it went back in the jumble inside me brain.
:confused::woohoo::woohoo::woohoo::confused:

Depos--not peops. lmao

Bold = mine

OMG, Thank YOU!!! I thought I was having a retinal detachment!

I think you are absolutely right. They want to know what she is going to say. I wonder if that means JB wants to depo every single witness the prosecution has.

I thought I'd been hearing all along that the defense will depose all the state's witnesses. Is this incorrect?

Bumping again becaue I'd like to know who Baez will be talking to, Thank you:thumb::thumb::thumb:

I think it would be thrown out...All of it.

I can't see any Judge allowing into trial any evidence that was gathered through LE listening in on an Attorney - Client conversation.

It would set a dangerous precedent & Casey would definitely have grounds for an appeal.

I just hope it isn't true.....Maybe LP is just WRONG once again
Which is why I wish LP would keep his preposterous hypotheses to himself. He might enjoy a good puzzle, but why give the prosecution ideas?

I don't, for a minute, believe that Casey told anyone--even Jose--where the body was. To do so would have been to admit her actions. I think Lee may have reached his own conclusions from their code-speak early on.

If Casey confessed Caylee's body location to Baez, he wouldn't have to tell LE as long as he didn't DISTURB anything at the location, tell Casey to hide any evidence or take possession of evidence.
This likely would include sending PIs to jab around in the soil nearby. If this is an avenue he's planning to pursue, he can plan on facing some legal difficulties of his own, I would imagine.
