She's a disgusting vile human being that put in motion the events that lead to the death of her own grandchild. May she burn in hell right along with her daughter!

If she never raised KC the way she did, Caylee would be alive! What a trip this sick woman is. I HOPE YOU'RE READING CA!!!!! You're clearly a deeply ILL WOMAN! It shows tremendously throughout the depo. She should be in jail too.

The constant 'ROCKING' in your chair will go a long way in the mental institute!

I always had a feeling Casey and Lee were trying to do some Escort/*advertiser censored* pics stuff on the side (like just starting up- the way they speak in that one jail video where she says she was there "not for work but not for fun" either, meeting with "mutual friends") and the "Universal" as her job just somehow rings true to me.

I will second that motion, raise you a mortifying, and call you with a frightening reality check: these people had the care and the control of Caylee. These people who lie so much they can't tell the truth from a hole in their BUTT! and who could twist up the very angels of God himself and cause them confusion! were raising Caylee and RAISED Lee and Casey...and they THINK they are PERFECT people...they THINK they are the beautiful people when in fact they are the damned TROLLS under the bridge!:furious:

This is THE statement that could buy her an obstruction of justice charge, because if she didn't give those numbers to LE, they will want to know WHY?
If this is a lie from CA, then she has painted herself into a very tight corner.

I'll bet that LE held off on those OOJ charges for this very moment. They knew that given enough rope, they'd all hang themselves.

I have been hoping all day long that the bolded above is exactly how this will unfold.

It's not gonna happen. Go back and listen very carefully again. Cindy does not ever admit she gave them that info. She talks about the info. She says she no longer has it. She says it was in some address book of hers or Casey's. Then she says she gave LE what info she had...but she does not specify THAT info I don't believe. I think she squirmed out of that one...maybe not, and when the shock wears off I will watch again.

Just let her try to say at any trial that she never actually admitted it in her depo--juries hate that kind of bs. She loses either way. All I could think of after watching these train wreck depositions is: #1 Brad Conway is a terrible lawyer, either he did not prepare them or has no control over them, and he has no clue about proper procedure/depo objections; #2 who the heck does the defense intend to call as defense witnesses outside of experts? The family is so out there that their dysfunction would be enough for a jury to think KC was as whacked herself and is guilty!

No doubt!! Way back when when she would go on TV I knew she was on a Benzo mixing it with alcohol. When we got the last batch of docs (not this one, the last one) and saw her RX's and Klonopin was on there it just verified it (not to mention the darvocet and Soma rx's). I think she withdrew back in November.. there is no mistaking benzo withdrawl (IMO) and she was crashing big time when she and George went on TV and let Michelle B do their talking. I haven't watched the video yet, only read the docs so I'm pretty excited to see her today, sounds like she's at it again?! Cindy, Cindy, cindy..

i've been giving CA too much credit -- i thought she was smarter and a bit more savvy than to keep contradicting herself. (many other examples, too) she has to know there is PROOF to refute many of these statements. shes not only hurting her daughter's defense, but also opening a big ol Pandora's Box for herself. it ain't gonna be purty.

The main impression I get is that CA is still trying to run any and all investigations.....it's her way or the highway. Everyone is lying to her, the media, LE, FBI, PIs, SA, etc....no one is "getting" the info she trying to make them see. Her harping over the Sawgrass visitor card and how it was signed "C. Zenaida Gonzales...there's no Fernandez in there....SEE!" seemed to her to be a big TA-DA moment, as if she expected JM & company to go "Oh, of course, our Zenaida at Sawgrass didn't use the Fernandez as part of her name in her signature-KC couldn't possibly have meant her, the name is different!!!! This whole thing was a mistake, sorry!" JMO

I know this may seem confusing but anyone who may be having trouble viewing CA deposition...If you will bring up the video and them pause it and let it sit for a few minutes will see that the line where it shows how much of the video you have watched will turn a light grey and after waiting like 5-10 min and then go back and hit the play the video will play without skipping...and when you get caught up and it starts skipping again pause for a few and go back and you will be able to watch without all the skipping...hope this helps.. so if you want to watch 10 min of video you will need to pause it for 10 min first then go back to watch it..

Just a ps before I go to bed: No third party witness ever wants to be deposed. All such witnesses think it's a waste of their time. No one wants to have their depo taken, ever. That said, over the last 30 years I have sat through thousands of depositions, taking them and defending them, and never, never, have I seen **** like this. Truly unbelievable. My hat is off to the attorneys for keeping their composure and finishing both depos. I would have lasted five minutes before I stopped and went in for a court order.

It's perjury to intentionally and knowingly lie anytime you are testifying under oath. And yes, they were both testifying under oath.
