Thanks for the updates. I am unable to watch, kids watching Newlywed Game of all things, My 9yo son loves it!! Go figure. This has turned into a circus beyond belief.

I hope justice is served. I hope Baez and co well.....get rather hot I'll say.

Boy o boy - NG got hot with that one attorney and what he said. She told him that he can get the summons when it comes.

I'm with NG on this - I just can't see GA falling on a sword for this.

MHO - putting everything aside for now - GA is the ONLY Anthony that truly loved Caylee. How he took her for walks in the wagon. I always thought that from the beginning - he was grandpa and he loved that role. I know I know - the whole famn damily is just over the edge - but GA truly loved that child.

That's why I can't see him doing this. Not for a hot minute.

It was not a female.

She defends GA -won't hear of him being involved in abuse. Can't say I blame her, whose word is worth taking? She doesn't have anything good to say about CA though. If CA stands back and lets these accusations about GA go ahead NG will crucify her.

My cousin said, and I thought hmmm... that she wondered if all that preening and wringing hands, etc., might be nervous stuff to do with her hands cause maybe she took up smoking in the clink and is jones'n.

She's been doing the twitching, pulling at clothes, pulling at hair since the begining of her arrest. I say it is guilty sign.

Not that I know of. The Broward County jail you can't - they have designated places. But I guess they figure if you're on death row........

Who knows down here. You don't have to wear a helmet when riding a crotch rocket on I-95 at 100 mph but they'll give ya a ticket for not wearing your seatbelt. Go figger.......... :waitasec:

ciggs are contraband in most jails. Not sure of the prisons.

She is self soothing . . . as she is not feeling "oh so well" that they are talking about putting her to death or LWOP. If you look at the video when CA stood up in court and asked HHSP if she could ask a question . . . GA is preening himself incessently . . .

I agree. I first noticed it during her videotaped interview with LE, especially when they stepped out of the room and she was alone.

Jury Consultant ,Robert Hurschorn (sp) says this is a dysfunctional defense team .
Never has a mitigation specialist sat with him during jury selection.

I like him.Hope he becomes a regular.

RB also claims to be an investigator so I would imagine she is doing some background checks on the jurors. Just a guess but I don't think she adds much to the mitigation part so I'm assuming she is "investigating". jmo

Given her problems with the Melinda Duckett family I can understand that.
GA has already made one suicidal gesture, she would not want to be blamed for provoking another by publishing these unsubstantiated stories of ICA.
Whatever failings he has ,he adored Caylee and I agree, he is the last person on earth that would harm her.

I think she also sleuths here. Some one stated that it was Face book that she was on, but that WAS NOT fb. The big banner at the top is not on FB, it's a small thin banner.
