Comparison of more people's hair to the hair on the Disney bag.

DNA on the urine in the Crystal Light container that was in the same bag with the grave wax (in the trunk of the Pontiac).

Like to see ZCG take a poly, as well as a bunch of other people.

Would have been nice to see forensics done on Keith W's shovel, since he was carrying it around down in the woods by the school.

Would like to see toxicology / medical work up / brain MRI on Casey, I'm curious about her jerky eye movements, the history of seizures, also curious about her flat voice, vacant expression, thin weight, and bizarre answers to LE etc in July 2008.

I'd like to hear the Sutton Pl. friends on poly explaining how they never smelled anything strange about Casey's car while it was parked there etc

forensics on the clothing both Casey and Tony had on in the blockbuster video

fiber info from Sutton Place and other places, etc

I'm ready for a doc dump, too, Lola :)
 
I wonder how long the defense can delay discovery from being released to the public under the guise of 'still investigating it' ? I have a feeling some of the pending docs may be inflammatory and that's why we haven't seen it yet.

lol .... I myself along with a few others here have asked this question for about six weeks now. That one video with CA being interviewed by LE and the FBI was released to JB on 7.29.10. AND still it has not been released .......... to the public. I feel I will need to be a double fisted drinker when I finally get to review it myself. :dance:

When did this occur? Do we have a link to this information? This is something I missed. TIA
 
Any and all evidence collected by the defense and the results of it's experts findings on the evidence it has received from the state. The state of Florida has reciprocal discovery and as of yet the defense has released no discovery to the state to my knowledge. As has been said by others the timer is ticking away and JB needs to get on the ball or else his prized "we'll finally get it" evidence won't be admissible.

I would also like to see any evidence (transcripts, depos, physical evidence like DNA) on Mr. Hawkins. In one way I'd hate to see someone innocent dragged into this case and run through the mud by the defense but I'm just so curious as to why YM flew out to Cali to interview him and what was asked during that interview. MH my be nothing or could have vital info to this case.

As for polygraphs. The only poly's I thought would be important were those of the family (CA, GA, LA), and ICA since they are the last people to have contact with Caylee. Since poly's aren't admissible evidence I see no reason to poly anyone else in this case. However ICA and the family could have done one to help LE and to rule them out as suspects early on. However the A's and ICA took a different approach to helping LE find Caylee. One that including lying, misdirection, ect.

I don't know if this is the proper place to post this, however, I have read the forensic astrology thread and they have been right on on many aspects of this case and they state there was a young man helping to dispose of the remains...Who knows.

IF this were true, I'd bet that LE knows who that person is and that they were co-operating with LE. In spite of CA's godfather performance to TM, I do not think that KC was running with Lords of the Underworld who would risk life in prison by helping her dispose of her daughter. I can see someone helping her get rid of the "dead dog I hit this morning" or the "dead squirrels from my motor" or the "smelly trash sack I forgot I had in my trunk after cleaning out the freezer" and then realizing after the fact that they may have inadvertently helped her dispose of Caylee. If that were the case, I am confident that they would work with LE so that they couldn't be drug into this debacle by JB and the A's as the "real killer". All my opinion of course, but I would love to know that they had someone who could testify that KC had them remove a bag from her trunk and place it in the spot that Caylee was later found in. Just another nail for Miss KC.
 
I am sure that LE did search Tony's apartment. I'm also sure that TL allowed them to search it, no questions asked. Didn't they even run tests on Tony's jeep? I wish that LE would have gotten to the apartment before Lee though. I don't understand why Lee felt the need to go to Tony's apartment without LE anyways. That has always bothered me and wasn't he gone for an awful LONG time?

I also believe that anyone who was around Casey during the time that Caylee was "missing" should have taken polygraph tests. We don't know if they did? We know Jesse did, but he was talking to the media at the beginning... Casey's other friends stayed out of the spotlight. So they could have taken them? What bothers me more is the people that should have felt 100% obligated to take polygraph tests refused!!

What sucks about everything is by the time LE was able to obtain credible information, none which came from the mother of a "missing" Caylee, LE was already way behind and that doesn't even include the 31 days that Caylee had already been "missing." They were trying to focus on the information that Casey gave them. They followed up on all the information that Casey gave them. In hindsight, they should have gotten to Tony's house and secured it because Casey had been staying there, but we don't even know how much information LE had on Tony at that time? Lee should have never been the one to pick up Casey's things. Does anyone know if Lee did that behind LE's back or did they know he was going? I can't see LE knowingly allowing him to do this?

I really want to see Mallory's deposition. I don't know why it hasn't been released yet? Maybe they don't need Mallory because she "doesn't know anything." Or that she did give up some usable information and they're trying to keep Cindy off her back for as long as they can? Which isn't much longer.

I want to see so much stuff. It really is time, don't you think? What's taking so long?
 
I have enough evidence. I just want the verdict. It would be nice to see whatever Baez is stating he has that is pro defense though, for fun. I doubt he has squat.
 
Forgive me if this info is out there somewhere but I am waiting to read the transcript or here the phone call between LA and KC. It would have had to been on 7/25 because on the 26th LA tell KC that he now knew the calls were being recorded. He said that if he had know he would have either not said something or asked things differently. I would like to know what was said in that phone call. I can't find it anywere.
 
I know many of us are still waiting for that CD of discovery containing a "missing" interview with CA. What's going on with that?

I think we will all regret wanting to hear it so bad once we hear CA blather on :lol
