I would like to know if they found a key to LA's place on her keyring or in her purse. I think LA thinks Caylee died there.

I thought LE thinks she died the A's place. They are saying, I think, that it's a "crime scene." I don't think they are calling LA's house a crime scene. Did they search LA's house?

Based on everything I've read...sociopaths don't really show up on these types of evaluations...They've already learned how to "fool" these tests by the time they are subjected to them...

Smart sociopaths can fool tests, IF they have studied up, a little. KC isn't smart, and prolly spells "psychology" with an "s."

But, tests are only PART of a psych eval. Tests, alone, are not conclusively diagnostic. A lot of it is about behavioral history.

Most shrinks can easily identify SPD. Prison shrinks can prolly SMELL them.

I really want to hear the state's theories on what happened and see them put the puzzle pieces together. I want to hear the reason they think casey did this although they don't have to tell us that.
I m dying to see casey and company put on a defense. Can't wait to see how they show us how everything casey did will make sense and how she is so innocent. Yeah right!
I want to see the Anthony testify. More important, I want to see how the state handles their nonsense and impeaches them because I have no doubt that will happen.
But, none of that is really evidence. Frankly, I don't need anything more to feel that casey is unequivocably guilty as sin and I think a jury now, right now, without prints, etc., has MORE than enough to find casey guilty and sentence her to death.

I would like to see tax documents. Since CA said in her deposition that she didn't claim KC on her taxes, then did KC fill out taxes, and if she did, did she have a W2 form (real or fake)?

I want to see if the heart sticker on the duct tape matches one of the missing ones on the sheets at the A's.

I want to see where that book is that Caylee had on Father's Day.

I want to see if KC's fingerprints are on the duct tape.

I want to see text messages from CA, GA, and LA to and from KC during the time that Caylee was missing.

The IRS told LE that KC had no reported earnings after the first quarter of '06.

Ooh! I'd really like to see that as well. But, I don't think that's evidence either as it is used to determine competency, whether bail should be allowed and where she should be housed in jail. But, boy would that be interesting.

Sure there is! When Zanny held down KC, while Sam stole Caylee, and the Sippy Cup Gang were beating KC about the knees, Zanny ALSO stuck a strip of duct tape against KC's fingers.

I, too, would like to know more about the bio-dad. On that note, I have been wondering if anyone has tried/been able to indentify the name on what appears to be military dog tags that KC is wearing in the earlier club pictures dancing with SD.

Bio dad isn't part of the case. He booked it four years ago. LE isn't looking for him.

I agree with all of the above: psych eval, bio-dad, and if KC's fingerprints are on the duct tape. I would also like to know for sure about soil on the bottom of KC's shoes from the crime scene, if there was conclusive evidence that Caylee was alive when the duct tape was placed over mouth, i.e. saliva, and DNA linking hairs belonging to the A's dogs on the duct tape. To me, the duct tape and shoes can make this case a slam-dunk.

JCP receipts. Plus, the defense is making a stink over that ONE hair that LE found in the trunk with the death band on it, claiming that Henry Lee found 17 more hairs that LE missed. Uh.....what about the skull full of hair that was in the trash bag, stuck there by duct tape wrapped so tightly around the head that after months of exposure and swampy conditions was still there? THOSE are the hairs that will be matched to the ONE hair from the trunk, and any other hairs that do NOT have the death band may or may not be Caylee's. The main thing is the ONE=the head full. Oh, and of course, the toxicology results from the head of hair that we KNOW is Caylee's.

That crazy twit KC is not smart enough to not have left fingerprints. We need to reallllllllllllly see that final report. I try to mail a pkg with that clear tape and I am so wrapped up before I am done it is pathetic. I would think killing a baby would not have her thinking to clearly about being careful.

I think there was decomp on Caseys shoes. ( carrying her little body, leaking fluids from those bags.. she wouldve held bag away from herself and likely fluids as well as soil from that area on moms shoes~)

Basically, weed out all the garbage and let us know what they are actually considering "evidence" from the dump site. There is an awful lot of stuff that was collected, photographed and cataloged that was just someone's garbage.

Tax forms to see who worked where and who claimed who...time sheets that showed who was working where, what days, and times...testimony of all KC's ex-boyfriends...receipts and charge card information from JCP and all other stores that KC used CA's credit cards and exactly everything that was bought the month before and after Caylee went missing. Tracy's testimony. DC's testimony. Soil samples...DNA evidence...Actually I can't wait for anything that will bring out the truth. What I can wait on is he testimony from CA, GA, and LA. Unless something changes, I can't see them telling the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
