I am concerned about what LP said regarding Kronk. I know this has been raised before but if Kronk did have inside info, would this in fact mean that the finding of the body and all the evidence that followed would not be admissable?

I was wondering the same thing.... what exactly would be inadmissible?

In this video Cindy makes several interesting statements.....one, that Casey never told her that Caylee was kidnapped until after they made the call to the police. At the very end of the video, Greta asks Cindy if she ever looked Casey in the eye and said, "Where's Caylee?" At that point, Cindy says she's close to collapse and unless Greta wants something sensational on her program like a woman collapsing, she needs to stop......she makes a plea for Caylee's picture to be kept in the media and the video cuts off.

From what I understand, LP says RK's girlfriend works at the jail, which would make her a correctional officer, or deputy ~ anyways, she supposedly overheard JB/Casey private conversation where Casey tells JB where Caylee's remains are. Girlfriend then tells RK, according to what I'm getting from LP's story. So, the girlfriend would be overhearing attorney/client privileged conversation and then telling a 3rd party, who goes out and discovers Caylee's remains. Essentially, what he's inferring is Caylee's body would be inadmissable, and with it the evidence found with her. MOO
