JB, CA and GA keep saying there is so much we don't know. They are correct. We don't know why KC lied repeatedly, we don't know why she took LE to Sawgrass or Universal, we don't know why she lied about having a job, we don't know why she lied about having a nanny. We don't know what she was doing while pretending to work. We don't know why her parents never met the nanny nor knew anything about KC's financial situation. We don't know how KC was conducting her "own investigation". We don't know what GA meant when he said they knew who had Caylee and they were being watched. We don't know who KC was 'protecting the family' from. We don't know what happend the night of June 15th. We don't know where Caylee was when KC was in the video store with her boyfriend June 16th. We don't know why KC told her mother she was traveling/vacationing from June 16 to when Cindy tracked her down. We don't know why KC told CA Caylee was with Zanny. We don't know why CA claimed KC carried around an airbed for Caylee to sleep on at ZFGs house. We don't know how much money KC stole from people. We don't know why KC abandoned the car at Amscott. There are many many things we don't know.

The "presumption of innocence" statement from Jose (and all the "innocent" statements from the rest of the A clan) are just plain insulting! They can say it all they want - it changes nothing. Remember the early days when it was first found out Caylee had been missing 31 days - LE went on the assumption Casey was innocent. At Casey's instruction they wasted two days (IIRC) going on her wild goose chases to Universal, Sawgrass, senior housing.)

Then the evidence started pouring in. Oops - no more "presumption of innocence". You can't change history, Jose.

Well put. Now how will JB explain this or clear this up. I don't see how ithout putting KC herself ont he stand and that would be a huge risk. However as most criminals like KC they think they can CONVINCE people they are innocent.

It just shows you how many times that poor baby was put into that trunk

not necessarily... in fact, probably not. hair can be transferred from multiple sources - ie, clothes, toys, towels, hairbrush, etc... if any of those things had been placed into the trunk, hair could have fallen off (transferred) from the original source into the trunk.

just keeping it real :)

I can't believe nobody involved in this case can seem to shut their mouth.

It just shows you how many times that poor baby was put into that trunk

I do not think that is a indicator at all. You think the baby was put in the car 17 times for each hair? How do you deduce this?

The hairs were found on the trash that was in the trash bag from Tony's house.

Hairs fall out constantly. I bet I have more than 17 hairs in my car.

The point is....Lee found 1 hair OSCO found the remaining hairs... JB says.. with so many hairs how could they find 1 and only 1 with decomp?

The answer to JB question.. is it only takes 1 piece of hair. Forensics show 1 hair that belongs either to Casey or Caylee. The hair show decomp. Casey is not dead so that means Caylee is. This was VERY IMPORTANT before finding a body. The finding of Caylee only proves that Caylee is indeed dead. Now it ONLY PROVES that Caylee was in the trunk dead. Not put alive in there mulitple times. :waitasec:

Keep in mind.. the owners of the other hairs HAVE NOT BEEN IDENTIFIED.

"He plans to vigorously attack the single hair found in Casey Anthony's car trunk that prosecutors say is proof a decomposing body was in there. He said his own expert Henry Lee found 17 hairs in the trunk that showed no signs of decomposition."

Well JB, let me dumb this down for you ... the hairs that do not show decomp were shed before Caylee died ... and the hair that does show the decomp was shed AFTER she died.

Is Doctor Henry Lee losing his credibility- This news report from a local case going on in my area where Henry Lee was called in on the case!

" (CBS) Henry Lee testified that the tiny drops of blood found on the kitchen rug, more than 40 of them, are more evidence of an assault. And he testified they are more consistent with spatter than dripped blood.

Lee also told the jury that the blood, that looked bright red in photographs, had to be fresh. But Cal's defense attorney Bill Easton disputes that. "Dr. Henry Lee never examined that blood. He bases his opinion solely on his examination of photographs," Easton points out.

Asked what's wrong with that, Easton says, "There was no evidence that they accurately depicted the exact shade of red."

The defense says the blood could have been there for years, and that it's scientifically impossible to determine the age of blood. "So Dr. Lee saying it’s within a few days we think is simply incredible. That may be his opinion, based on hunches, based on his experience. It's not based on science," Easton says.

And beyond the blood, say defense attorneys, there is no other physical evidence to tie their client to Michele’s disappearance or death. There's no body and no murder weapon. " ( CBS 48 Hours,June 24, 2008 ) (http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/11/01/48hours/main3440364_page5.shtml.)

This isn't the first case where Henry Lees expertise has been questioned.

FYI, on Nancy Grace's blog today it was said that AmyH filed papers to block access to her cell phone records and computer.

Also docs being released to the defense, pics of check cashing place and search warrants. Woo hoo!

Lovely! I cannot WAIT to hear JBaez's arguments about why this information is in any way relevant to his client's case.

The reason? Every time JBaez opens his mouth about why something is or is not relevant, and he has to present argument for his client's position in a pleading and/or in support of same before the judge, the SA gets to hear all about it. Seriously streamlines the SA's need to "wonder" about how JBaez will try to exonerate Casey during the trial.

well written...

Once they do find out at trial, it would not surprise me in the least if they then come out and say. " We knew, but could not say anything as we wanted her to have a fair trial. It would not have been a fair trial if her own parents came out against her. Now that it has been proven. Then we will still stand beside her because we love her and she is oud daughter."

However, what we will see in a few years is a divorce. GA will continue to visit Casey at jail. Casey will not want to see her mother. Her mother will get remarried and move on and do public interviews every 1, 5,10 and 20 years and state how she knew she was a sociopath. But she had to play the part.
They will twist this AGAIN after it is all over with.

JB's point had more validity in the days before Caylee's body was discovered. Despite the notable odor of decomposition (sigh), he could argue that there was no evidence that Caylee was dead based on the single hair (although he still has the problem of explaining why his client might have had some other, random corpse in her car).

Now, with a hair that he appears to concede was Caylee's, that argument has become weaker. Even assuming he can refute the science behind the death band, the presence of that hair in the car permits an inference that Caylee was at some point put in the trunk of that car. Live or dead, that's not where a two-year-old should be. In light of all the other evidence in the case, proof of even a live Caylee in the trunk does not help his client's case at all. I wonder if his talking points weren't prepared for him some time ago and not updated after December. :waitasec:

If this is is case, the prosecution has even more of a slam-dunk that I thought (and I thought it was a slam-dunk).

Especially since the defense has revealed its strategy in advance. Seriously, what kind of dumba$$ does that?!

All the snow that fell here yesterday just melted as I played that hot air video.

But Casey does, and she's not telling:bang:

IMHO.............the ONLY reason that JB did the interview is because he, being a narcissist much like his one and only client ("girl") wants to remind us how relevent he is to this case, how he is in charge, and he calls the shots. Even if he realizes that speaking to the media isn't the best idea he will continue to do so because he won't want anyone else to think they influenced him. My take on this debacle aside from counsel's inexperience and obvious incompetence, is that this attorney client relationship is a big battle of the "me me me's". JB should have considered a career as a spokesperson since he seems to love being on camera. I guess someone close to him must have told him early on that his ineffective use of the English language would be a problem. Where are they now? He needs to hear it again.

It does appear to be a competion between screen time with the lawyers.....I still recall jb stating he would wait to comment on this & try it in a court of law.......

Should he be making all these comments with the bar investigating him and all???? With the death penality on will be lose his first chair?--if so could this be his last horah????? :waitasec:

I agree with whoever said something is up! All this media attention from the Anthonys and now Baez is making a statement out of the blue? I think putting the DP back into play has everyone scared.

Rumor has it more Documents are going to be released. Can't wait to see what they have to offer..Maybe Baez and the Anthony's are preparing for the release of the tape showing Casey's reaction to Caylee's body being found.

It sure sounds like the A's were prepared by Baez before the Early Show interview. No doubt there is a whitewash shortage in Florida now....and Lee's attorney was part of this because????????
