Saran Wrap anyone?

Talk about transparent?
This group really is something else ..

No worries, in June Cindy will be ordered to answer the questions .. :D

I'm still surprised that BC pulled out the sympathy card .. :loser:

It doesn't matter if they were there or not. They could have proceded without them. ZG hasn't been at the hearings (OH wait, she probably has a job!)

I suppose they could have proceeded with out C&G, but Not without their ever faithful attorney BC who is indisposed.
I do hope ZG does have a job, she has 6 children to feed.

whoa whoa whoa .......did anyone notice that the A's kinda tried not to sit with BC at the hearing the other day? ....did anyone notice that the A's walked out of the courtroom the other day without consideration to help BC out, as they did at the law offices when CA was mad? ... could it be as someone else has posted the A's are possibly hiring another attorney to represent them? ... these were some of the questions flying through my mind when I heard the reason for delay.......

Ya know, I'm not surprised. I think his being in a wc was an important factor in the A's choosing him to begin with. They are
not very smart but still extremely creative.

Ok so I am NOT trying to be rude here, PLEASE dont T.O. me, but if I am not mistaken, isnt Conway in a wheel chair? How on earth did he throw his back out???

Im just sayin. IMO

My thoughts exactly! Thanks for putting it out there, you did it very politely.

I think you hit the nail on the head. I'm sure the A's are furious from the results of yesterdays hearing.

If BC is under the weather I hope he finds himself well again very soon. Naturally, most of our hinky meters are redlining. There's coincidence and then there's ridiculous coincidence. If it is a delay tactic, it won't last long.

Well, for whatever the reason, it had to have been BC who called in. GA already pulled his excuse back in January and they would have brought CA to court in her jammies like Michael Jackson if she had been the one to try that stunt.

'Wonder if BC has to pay court costs for not calling in 24 hours in advance? I still think this is just a big delay to see if Kasen can file a timely motion to get the case dismissed. These gamesters are wearing everyone's patience thin.

I applaud you for your post for those who do have spinalcord and /or back injuries - spasms can create a high level of pain. Perhaps I am nieve, but I want to reserve judgement of bc and give him a pass on this one.
But what concerns me is why he did not want to conduct this via phone? Maybe he was is too much pain, but my only hope is that his cancelling is legit. If he is being untruthful to buy more time, he should know..... that they A's will be told that they have to answer truthfully under oath irregardless of the postponement date. It will all come out in the wash eventually!

I don't question the bolded part at all. I have attended a few meetings via phone and it's always difficult. You can't hear everybody when they're speaking (I imagine this would be even worse in a courtroom) and depending on the phone, you can't talk when anyone on the other side is talking -- it's VERY frustrating!

I am not in a wheelchair, but worked at a rehab hospital for a while- BC appears to be a paraplegic, so I am assuming he is able to transfer himself in and out of his chair without assistance. This requires a great deal of arm and trunk strength since the lower body isn't able to help and is essentially dead weight. It would be very easy to throw one's back out being a para.

As a person who suffers from spinal issues and the related spasms, I will give 100% benefit of the doubt to BC.

Most of the posts in this thread are ideas formed from ignorance. Do not take that the wrong way, I said ignorance not stupidity. Ignorance in just not knowing how painful it can be or the things that may trigger an episode. The worst thing about spinal issues is the mental aspect. I can plant trees, move appliances up stairs, complete home rehabs. Yet I have been layed out for 6 months for something as simple as trying on boots.

Yes it sucks that things are delayed, I want as bad as everybody here for all of the truths to come out and for every Anthony to pay for these truths. IMO BC gets a free pass on this one.

I really think BC is in the midst of not continuing to represent the A's anymore. Between their behavior at the ZFG depos and the way CA treated him on LKL he really shouldn't take it, especially since he is working pro bono and supposedly had a wonderful reputation before he took them on as clients. Add to it the weird tension at Tuesday's hearing and I feel like there was a reason behind today's "bad back" excuse.

I agree. I am no fan of the A's or the fact that BC is representing them. I think they're all scum, who have forgotten about the poor, murdered child involved in this, but that's another issue.

That being said, and because I do not know what it's like to live in a wheelchair, I will assume that this is a legit injury. If not, then delay tactics can only last so long. They'll run out of tricks soon enough.

Although I was kidding around alittle concerning his cancelation I have total empathy for anyone struggling with spinalcord injuries. I understand your using the word, "ignorance" as most will not have to experience the knowledge it takes for the patient and their care providers to remain healthy and productive in life. A quick Google search for Paraplegia, tetraplegia, and quadraplegia will help dispell myths of paralysis. Your patience in life is to be commended and more of us should slow down a bit in life. <3
