Plus on DC's statement he clearly stated that he called them while they were in CA directly after he heard the news on TV and told them about the news report. They were waiting to board their plane to come home. DC said it was shortly after the first report on TV before 10am. If DC is telling the truth there would be a phone record.

Didn't Brad C say the same thing on the news? He had contacted them and they were on a plane getting ready to come back to Florida. I'm pretty sure I remember Brad saying that.

I just found an interview between Holly Bristow and Ginette Lucas in which Ginette tells that "Luke the intermediary" had sent her Caylee's teddy bear and some maps and these are what she went off of to determine Caylee's location. One question - why was she given maps of the area near the Anthony home to use as her parameters???? Caylee was supposedly in far away places, such as Puerto Rico, as we were told. I am starting to think that even Ginette may have been "used" by this bunch, and I'd like to see Luke the Intermediary deposed.

OOPS!! Just reading Cindy's deposition again (part 2, pages 473-478) and she testified that ahe "absolutely" did not know until after she got back from the Larry King interview and Caylee's remains had been discovered that Dominic had been in those woods. Was quite adamant about it actually. And a far cry from, "I had my people walk those woods in November"! Boys and girls, can you spell "perjury"??

Every thing...every single thing...without exception that mom and pop have said and done publicly, that Dom has said and done , and indeed that mom and pop's lawyer has claimed to the media has worked against Casey, in biblical proportions. On the day that Caylee's remains were found, the media contacted Mr. Nejame to comment. On of my favorite things in this entire matter he opined then. He said...it may be Karma that the very day before this precious child's remains were found , mom and pop were out on a media tour....that ought to tell you something and somebody should stop and look at just what is really going on here.

You are so right, Dom admitting to Ginny he couldn't proceed any further into the woods because it was under water is PRICELESS. It thoroughly debunks months and months and months of the defense arguments. When you see him on the tape, you can almost see the exact spot where he stops dead in his tracks and then does an about face ...this is the exact description Mr. Kronk gave of our ill-fated Officer Caine when he approached the water area in the swamp....

I really do think in their efforts to stand by, support and help their daughter...what this cast of characters has done is seal her fate. Late at night, alone in their room...surely these mis-steps occur to them, and still they continue. Deep down, even if they do not admit it aloud to one another or even to themselves...they know this is all counter productive and I think the hate over what Casey did, guilt they feel over where they went wrong with her...the deep sadness over losing their beloved Caylee fuels the confusion, they feel they have nothing left to lose. I agree with Mr. Nejame...there is some sort of Karma justice to it all. Losing the house is symbolic.

Thank goodness he didn't find Caylee then, or he could have been considered tampering with evidence..

I find it so telling, in JHoover's depo, while the A's are informed of a child's body being found 1/4 mile from their home, these two are worried about who threw KC under the bus!!! Why aren't they worried about Caylee. Is this when they made the conscious thought to do anything they could to prove KC did not murder Caylee??

You guys all do a great service to Caylee's memory. I wish her family would do the same...

DC tells GL he can't see anything due to the water there..How sweet it is! This just reinforces TM's statement and shows, to me anyway, how deceitful and cunning CA is. How she will do all that she can to free her felonious child..I truly wish their love for Caylee would overshadow the actions of her own daughter and they would fight for Caylee's justice. Sadly, they traded one child for the other. CA has a deluded way of thinking..:furious:

I did this too and noticed the same thing. She likes to tout her abilities. She keeps mentioning (even in one of the videos TWA just posted) a Smithsonian article about her. Might just have to go and look that one up!

I did not know Lee had said that...it is a very "normal" response IMHO from an Anthony. Strange...not hinky...just strange to how I have come to view this family that is Anthony. Not just because of this, but I don't really know how I feel re: LA. There's this...but then he would not take a lie detector test?

DC says he didn't know JH was video taping. JH says DC asked/told him to video tape. One person is really, really lying. And in the video tape you can tell that DC would have known he was being video taped, even without sound, and the sound only confirms it more.

What a mess. Lee found what Cindy was doing upsetting, Cindy's own son fell for what she was selling, the idea of a family "united" and of a "live" Caylee.

So, just to recap Luke P. sent an e-mail on July 21, 2008 (what five days after Casey was first arrested) to OCSO stating that Caylee was adopted out (under the table) and a religious organization in Orlando was involved. That's a short amount of time for him to come up with such a strong "vision".

Thanks so much Tally, I felt sure her claims about being in the Smithsonian were false. I can't believe she would go on TV telling these stories when they could be so easily disproved. What a crock. I am sure the state has her real number by now.
