It would muddy the waters. And IMO she river/crystal doesn't seem all that credible.

I can see them using her testimony as well as the security person at her gated community to show that JoJo was NOT searching for Caylee like he professed to the world every chance he got.

ETA: A friend was listening to the interview and her reaction was, "She sounds like a groupie."
As soon as she said that, my mnd flashed to the strange performance outside the Anthony house with KH and KB. I would like to know more about the other women who were stuffing JoJo's wallet. Not personal stuff, but amounts and scenarios.

Good point! And I agree with the KISS strategy. LEave the three ring circus alone. Focus on the facts. Personally, I like that her deposition shoots JoJo's "search" assertions all to smithereens. We had these people in our faces early on, telling us what to think, where to look, how to feel, how to view them...

IMHO the only evidence that will come in are his texts directly to her (from a number owned by ga). The letters. Any other calls coming from George. Picture(s) of her and George together (however innocent).

All this only going to george's credibility. I can't see any info being used any other way.

I think that they put everyone who MIGHT be called but not all witnesses on the list are called to the stand. If they aren't on the list they can never be called no matter what. Maybe it depends on how the case goes and if whatever she knows will become useful. [O/T I once worked for a prosecutor who was trying to be thorough in making her witness list and she listed "Sally Port" when she saw in the police report that the prisoner was taken to the sally port at the jail to be booked. LOL!]

As to her credibility, IIRC the police knocked on her door. I think she made a big mistake by getting involved with George but I think she got sucked in and didn't put herself out there in the public eye on purpose. I think she was truly trying to help George by giving him money and she's the one who got hurt. I believe her... but I don't think her testimony will be used. Does anyone know of any kind of instance where hearsay is admissible?

Thought this law firm was on-the-ball as far as staying away from the media. This is nothing we have not heard before when BC was their attorney. There are several ways hearsay can be admissible, an excitable utterance is one way.

Guess I should have gone into more depth about my opinion on KH & her story; I don't doubt that GA spent time with her at her home (among other places...), what I do not believe about KH's story is her self-depiction; her claim(s) of ignorance regarding well-publicized information, such as GA being a cop at one time, most especially her pure-at-heart intentions. I see her as an extremely disturbed and emotionally unstable con-artist - like so many others in this case... Poor Caylee.

GA may need to re-think his negativity towards KH.

1. If KC and her team are planning to throw him under the bus and try to show he was "missing" and had opportunity to "move" the body, KHl may be his alibi.

2. KH seemed genuinely to care about him in the audio. He could use a few friends.

3. If GA and CA don't make it, he may need someone with money, and she seems to have access.

If George denies it, I have no choice but to believe every word she says!! Thank you, Mr. Lippman, for clarifying that for me.

Mr. Lippman claims George and Cindy Anthony remain committed to NOT encumbering the prosecution (or defense)??? Puleeeeeeeze! That's all they've done since day 31!! I think they should just be committed.

...at one point I felt like even I was having an out of body experience listening to her...lol! It was like well River did this...but she's not a real person...so that makes what I say even more credible? I loved the times when she said...well, hey you guys know about that! Well, heck...we ALL knew about most of what she was "revealing".
