Personally I'd rather see Misty loose her hair because of a bad case of head lice Meow, hisssss! Any chance of that happening while she's incarcerated?

Tommy is a jerk. His wife has all the responsibility of raising and supporting 3 children, running a household, cooking and cleaning, finding a job, and he tells her she should keep her eye on their daughter all the time? GMAB. He doesn’t express any concern about her health or how she is holding up under all this pressure. Lindsy is having a hard time and he isn’t concerned with her needs at all; he criticizes her and reminds her to put money into his account. How can she love him? Someone tell Lindsy to go buy crayons that wipe off the walls without scrubbing and file for divorce.

If Tommy gets three years Lindsey might just have time to realize that she can make it on her own and probably do better. She's not ugly or used up by drugs, she would be fine IMO

She does seem to be embarrassed of him. She emphasized MY house several times too. I think she may be considering her options at this juncture. I believe he was testing her for a response when he said he'd be doing all the floor scrubbing when he got home to see what she would say about him coming home. She didn't even respond to that at all. Something tells me he may be sensing her withdrawing as well.

Seriously, roll your eyes all the way back into your head for a full 3 seconds. For Tommy to say he didn't even notice is nuts. Makes me wonder if it is seizures. I tryed doing it and couldn't get past 2 seconds without feeling dizzy.

We used to have a neighbor boy that had fetal alcohol syndrome that had been adopted as an infant. He had very similar odd facial features as TC and did the same thing with his eyes, they said when he was really tired and or under stress it got worse. Apparently due to cental nervous system damage from the FAS. It struck me when I first saw the TC mugshot how similar they looked. They had a heck of a time with him as he had very poor impulse control, was getting into drugs and was caught stealing over and over. At 15 they finally sent him to a boys ranch after he was released from juvie for the umpteenth time. Not saying that is what is TC's problem, but so many similarities.

Well from Misty's own testimony her parents were doing drugs while she was growing up. Of course that's outta Misty's mouth but I do believe her on this.

I too noticed the "my" house comment by Lindsey. However, isn't this a home she moved into after her husband was jailed? I don't think he's even seen the place. I think for her, not having him there since the day she moved it would make her call it "my" house. He's obviously never seen it or been there.
Funny that I get a completely different feeling watching Lindsey and Tommy talk. I think they love each other. It was kind of sad to watch him hear his wife talk about the things his children are doing. Things he doesn't get to see and is missing as they grow. He laughs when he hears about his daughter coloring on the walls. And, he offers some fatherly advice of watching the children when they have the markers.
You can tell he's very lonely and wants her attention.
As for those eyes, yes they do twitch. But I think the strange look when he closes his eyes is caused by his eyes being so big, the eyelids don't completely cover his eyeballs when he tries to close them. It looks as if he has his eyes half closed.
But the rest of you can go on and try to diagnose something exotic that is wrong with him. Just call me when you've finally settled on what makes his eyes appear like that. LOL.

Let's hope that if they had a tracking device on his car they had one on Ron's. Maybe he went to the St. Johns River quite a bit. I know, I know huge stretch I'm making. I just want Haleigh found so bad! I know we all do!

I do believe that Ron has been cleared in any wrong doing with Haleigh but this arrest is a different story.... I hope they find Haleigh soon, so I can get away from the negativity of this case.... yikes!

I actually cracked up about the marker conversation. My husband is gone 3/4 of the time and we had almost the same conversation a couple of weeks ago.
I'm not so sure that Tommy isn't actually sorry for the things he's done to his family. Right now, it's probably still pretty new to them and he hasn't been sentenced yet. It may or may not set it then.

I've been in Lindsey's place before. It's hard to just write off the father of your kids. My ex made it easy for me by being a total jerk once he entered the system with nothing but orders and suspicion for what I better and better not be doing. At least Tommy is making some effort to display love. Hopefully that won't make it harder for her to move on if/when she decides that's really what's best.

And a lot of people may not believe me but people can and do change. There are a lot that never will, but there are always a few that do.

Whatever is going on with TC's eyes, it's happening a lot.....and it seems like they roll sometimes even while he's talking at the same time. I just don't remember this in the earlier tapes. I wonder if it's happening now because he's finally off the drugs. Strange. I also thought it was so sad that TC didn't even ask Lindsey to tell him things about the kids. She mentions coloring on the walls, but he doesn't ask anything, like how are they doing in school, do they like the new house, etc. He's so focused on himself.......send money, write letters, blah blah blah.

BBM.. I don't recall LE ever stating he is cleared.. Only people I have heard make that claim is NG and TN.. And IMHO that is just wishful thinking on TN's part...Just her hoping she could convince the viewing audience he was cleared by LE... And as far as NG goes, who really knowswhat games she is playing with her audience other than the needs higher ratings game...JMO

Things to ponder after hearing what they wanted us to hear out of these badly dubbed video's

1. Hank SR heard there was a tracking device on ToC's car, the blue van? Or another vehicle? Boy "they" sure had it in for these Croslin's, putting a tracking device on their car and turning the turning the world against them. I am wondering how many vehicles the Croslin's actually had access to on the night that Haleigh went missing. They took the van in, but who knows, it seems as though these peeps had some choices when it came to vehicles back then.

2. Hank Sr remarks at the end of the video, it sounds like the ending of a brief conversation about what is going to happen "if" Misty gets out. He says, if she gets out again, She is going to try to call Mom. This comes right after they are talking about misty seeing Austin for a full visit. I am wondering if this is at all related to Momma C telling misty she is going to have to find a place to live if she gets out. Big difference in their tapes and Misty's ideas about going to stay with her parents and joining the church choir. Something weird going on.
3.. I had a good amount of info written out about the " Is he black" comment from Lyndsy to Tommy, but I deleted it.
