At this moment I'm listening for the second time, Levi Page's show. I'm listening for a certain statement I remembered hearing. Smashed my little finger and suffered a chipped tooth during the show and missed some of it. Does anyone remember comments either from Art or Padilla about the phone call that was made prior to the 911 call made by Misty from Green Lane. I can't help but wonder if he is talking about the first call to LE from Tyler Street. Has any of you heard anthing about this call that was referred to in this show?

I remember...AH asked LP if he would be interested in hearing about another call Misty made.. He also stated he would reveal the information on his site...JMO.

Hi Lishac. Lindsey is Tommy's wife (Tommy is Misty's brother and in jail with Misty) and Chelsea is Timmy's wife (Timmy is the other brother of Misty). TN is Ron's mom, Teresa N.

Everytime I try to explain part of the story to my DH, he gets lost with the names.

Thank you so much. With so many of them, I tend to get them mixed up. Especially with Tommy and Timmy. :blushing:

Was just looking thru tons of links related to the case and saw several images related to case. And ToCs photos and mugshots stood out by far the MOST! Why? Because his appearance has DRASTICALLY changed/deteriorated. We've often discussed the extreme exceleration of his drug use that seems to coincide with Haleighs disappearance. But after seeing the images its even MORE EVIDENT

To the best of my knowledge I will try to answer..
GGMS, Ron's grandmother claims to have seen her alive and well sometime between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm on the 9th of February.. I don't believe her..JMO

Misty claims the last time she saw Haleigh is when she (Misty) went to bed..

The LVA test Misty took revealed Misty did not go to bed that night.. So all her claims about waking up..light was glaring in her room...having to go to the bathroom.. get a drink of water...is all a CROCK...

Ron stated he couldn't imagine WHY she would be up that time of night since they were all usually asleep when he arrived home from work....

Above underlined by me. I know these are our opinions but just wanted to show that LE does BELIEVE HER.As the video shows, per Lt. Greenwood, this witness account is where LE ends verifiable/corroborated timeline of events. In mmy opinion because LE does see this as a fact and an important one, as its the last witness to see Haleigh alive&well(7:00-8:00pm), if thats the case then that would negate theories of GGS lying,as to cover up the scenario of Haleigh dying/disappearing earlier in the evening/afternoon, including scenarios of RC being responsible for her death before he ever left for work..
Of course the last part is my OO, but seems logical conclusion with LE believing SHE was there at the mh btwn(7-8pm)
(GGs account also states there was an Aunt Lisa that accompanied her to mh that night)

I for one believe there is much more going on with this whole search issue than meets the eye. I have a feeling we may be watching a very large production designed to make someone slip up. That's all I have to say and I think I will stay silent for awhile.

That's why I believe that when the call came across the radio about Haleigh...another officer chimed in and said he was at Tyler address. That's the way I read it but some people see it differently..so I dunno. It seemed like the call at 2:13a in the morning had something to do with the Tyler address...and when the call came in about Haleigh 3:30amish...the officer was still on Tyler,,even the dispatch was confused about the officer being there. When that officer asked someone on Tyler had they seen Haleigh...someone said "yeah" 1 to 1 1/2 hours ago. Counting back from 3:30am-ish, 1 to 1 1/2 hrs ago would 2a-2:30am, correct?

Then you have the screams heard around 2:15am-ish.

LE saying the first initial call came in at 2:13am.

Now we have someone saying, that LE was confused as to why it supposedly took Ron so long to get home...Meaning, he should've been home long before 3:25am. Now, I believe Ron was home between 2a-2:30a when all of this was going down. JMO though

It sounds like something was going on between 2a-2:30a. It warranted someone to call the police about it....the fact they call the non emergency line I think it was maybe a noise disturbance. Were they arguing/fighting?

at 6:30 into the video the officer clearly said the call came in at 2:13am!!!!

so this call was about Haleigh!!!

so if Haleigh was last seen 1 to 1 1/2 hours earlier... that REALLY closes the time frame/ window of opportunity doesn't it? Misty called at 3:27am
so somewhere between 1:57 and 2:27am?

This kinda dawned on me while reading Levi's thread, I don't know why..but
here goes a kinda 'out there' thought, but hey I'm grasping....

Since I believe that Ron was ultimately responsible for HaLeigh's death..and my reasons for believing that he and not Misty is the one that ultimately commited whatever action led to HaLeighs demise are not based on any of the rumors or speculation, but his actions/non actions, behavior etc. and in great part, his STAUNCH and unwavering defense of his VERY soon to be wifey at the time and in no small part due to the fact that he apparently did pitifully little - absolutely nothing as far as I can tell in the way of questioning or pushing her for answers if their story was remotely true.

Ronald may very well love his children, but IMHO he loves no one more than himself and I believe there is absolutely no way he would have covered up for her if he played no part, nor do I believe that he is stupid enough not to recognize the insurmountable problems with her story. :snootyand I'm not even getting starting with his stories..


If any of the other Croslin's are involved, I wonder if it was possible that Ron talked Misty into telling her brothers a tale of some accident that she was responsible for and that she needed their help or she was going to jail for life or the DP OR maybe even she even told them that Ron would kill her. I can so totally see Ronald setting that up (given what Ive seen of his personality) and with Misty's probable mindset and the fact that 'she loved him so much' I can see her falling hook, line and sinker for it. In her mind that would be the ultimate show of love...a secret and a bond that he would be indebted to her for, for life ... I'm going to have to stop before I throw up..

I say this because I think that as her 2 older bubbas, not exactly pillars themselves, would prolly do pretty much anything to protect her, maybe JO would too, who knows? But they damn sure wouldn't for Ron....nor would Tommy have held out this long if he thought he was protecting Ron and not Misty, assuming he knows the truth about what DID happen...it would also make sense if that were the case for the rest of the Croslins to be throwing JO under the bus, whether he had any part or not. Misty is 'sissy' something tells me they would do anything to protect her..

FIRST-I am sorry about your loss...

as much as I want to believe Ron was not involved in Haliegh's demise I just can't. I have been a pediatric nurse for 19 years and over time I have developed the ability to hone in on deceptive parents. Had Ron not been telling the 911 operator he was not afraid to go to prison I just might have fallen for it BUT he was... it reeks of guilt to me. I don't believe ANY parent of a missing child could do anything but scream for that child go out and wake up all the neighbors and have all of them tearing up the neighborhood.
IMO he was in tough guy cover up mode.
I have dealt with "situations" where children ended up dead at the hands of a parent due to rage, abuse, exhaustion, carelessness and being uneducated.
Usually LE and medical personal can pick the guilty ones out immediately!
I am pretty sure they have Ron's number all along and IF I am wrong I will post an apology here.

Did Misty say she had a gun under her pillow the night Haleigh disappeared? (I've never heard it so I'd appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction of this statement.)

What did she have it for? Is she afraid of someone breaking in? Joe and Tommy's threats maybe? Paranoid because of drugs? Ron told her to have it handy for some obscure reason? To keep off the dope boys? What if she was dopey and woke up when Joe and Tommy came to steal the gun but in the dark house she mistook her target and accidentally shot Haleigh who had also woken up. Joe and Tommy can't tell on her because they would be in serious trouble if their breaking in leads to someone dying.
What if Haleigh got that gun because it wasn't exactly kept in a safe place?

The gun entering into the cause of death somehow would explain why all the to-do about having the gun stolen and safely out of the household in someone else's hands (or culvert). But I guess this is unlikely to have happened because there would be bulletholes and blood evidence that LE would have and I think the case would have been declared a homicide from day 1 but maybe it explains why some heard bleach cleaning on the 911 call? Maybe there used to be a bullethole where RC claimed to have hit his hand on the door, or something and they dug the bullet out and did some more damage?

Probably not. Nevertheless, I'm curious about the gun under the pillow. Was she afraid of something happening or just an alert tenant prepared for every eventuality?

Great Grandmother Sykes. (Annette) She is TN's mother, RC's grandmother and little Haleigh's great grandmother.

The other Grandmother is GGMH. She is Flora Hollor. She is Misty, Timmy and Tommy's grandmother. She helped raise Misty but I don't know about the other two.

What suffering these two older ladies have to take in their senior years.

And yes, I still think GGMS either had something to do with the cover-up or at the very least knew what happened to that little angel. It still doesn't help the pain.

I do not know where else I can safely post this without being O/T.

I do not believe for one moment that the cinder blocks and rope that was pulled from the river was what was used on Haleigh. Now I can see Ronald, Tommy, Joe, and maybe Timmy tying a deer carcass with a length of rope with a cinder block on the end and watching to see if an aligator ate it. This would probably be fun for them, IMO.

IF any of Haleigh's bones were found in the river, I believe that they would have been placed there after she was skeletonized. IDK why I believe that so strongly, but I do.

I'm wondering if I'm right about the way they phrased that they hadn't found any remains at the search site if they didn't find little Haleigh's remains somewhere else? Maybe they found her somewhere else and were only looking in the river for a murder weapon or some other evidence?

I listened to the press conference again yesterday. The dectective said that no body or skeletal remains were recovered during their 3 day search.
