If both are saying she is innocent of the direct crime (her atty and the PI) and just "shed some light", then why would she know precisely where the body or evidence was dumped? Wouldn't she be considered just as guilty as an accomplice at least by holding that secret? If she is there pointing out X being the spot..I don't think it is Haleigh's body or the weapon that they are looking for. It is something related to the Haleigh case, but indirectly related.

POSTED: Wednesday, April 14, 2010
UPDATED: 6:26 pm EDT April 14, 2010

SATSUMA, Fla. -- As investigators continue their search of the St. Johns River for a second day in connection to the disappearance of 6-year-old Haleigh Cummings, Misty Cummings was seen on a dock Wednesday afternoon talking with investigators.

Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy said in a news release Wednesday afternoon that the search has not yielded "any items of evidentiary value in the case." Hardy also clarified rumors that someone was in custody in the case, saying, "This rumor is false..."

Wonder if LE are 'pretending' to run with the ToC and Cousin Joe accusation to play Misty and get info from her as to where they dumped her, knowing full well Misty is covering for herself and/or Ron (her one true love) and once they get the goods they got her/them? Possibility........

"Play Misty for Me!" reminds me of a dream I once had!

news4jax (tv, not online)just said it is Misty even pointed her out, they said they would continue updates as they come available.

:floorlaugh: Doc, thanks for injecting a little humor into this stressful situation.

I hope they withheld her ciggie until she told what she knows.

Breaking news again talking about on channel 4 talking now

Steve Brown, (former FBI Agent) now a private investigator working for Haleigh's mother, Crystal Sheffield, said he believes the Putnam County Sheriff's Office knows who is responsible for Haleigh's disappearance.

"There may be other people culpable, but as to who killed Haleigh, that's not going to be a big surprise," Brown said.

Why would he say, 'killed'????

BBM: Not only did he say "killed", he said "who", which it implies it was a person, not drugs.

BUT, I am not sure about this Steve Brown. I do not nessessarily find him credible. He is tooting his own horn too much for my taste.

i can only think that misty will say she was forced to accompany whoever it is she plans to blame...

I hope they withheld her ciggie until she told what she knows.

LOL, I see her hands cuff can't tell if she is shackeled. Oops reporter just said she possibly shackeled.

I hope they withheld her ciggie until she told what she knows.

Yes, kellync!

I say lay a pack of cigs and a lighter on the table in front of her and tell her that when they find something out there she can have one! OR at least tells LE something they can really work with.

I see one of the guys detectives maybe talking to her kinda pointing his finger at her.

Man oh Man, if they just kind of accidentally bumped into her and knocked her in the water in those shackles, I bet she could find it.

I swear on my Criterion Collection dvds I was thinking the same thing....as in 'ohhhhh shackles on feet and handcuffed...oops I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you go in the water...what's that about can't swim?'

Well, either she's opened her mouth or TC did and they are hauling her cookies down there to intimidate her a bit.

maybe they promised to fill her account with honeybun money...not making a joke, being serious...this is the kind of thing she has been bit@@ing about...

How come I can never get the picture for the Live Feed Coverage ???
