I do recall on the form the hospital filed against Hank @ the bottom it listed Gainsco & here in SC I write auto policies with this carrier so I do believe for them to be listed someone had insurance.

As much as anything discussed on the jailhouse tapes is...? IIRC it was Timmy talking to Misty where he referred to it. No idea which date it was.

In the tape, did Timmy say "is that the one I smashed into" or did he say "is that the one I smashed?" Smashed can have a sexual meaning among younger people. ....which is even more disturbing than thinking he was in an accident

At one point didn't Tommy tell Lndsy he would not go to trial....If he goes to trial, (for those who know) if found guilty, wouldn't he get the max...I thought he was going to do a plea...We should be hearing something soon..Has anyone heard what is going on with this?

That lady who owned the car said she had no insurance and she&#8217;s the one who should be sitting in jail. It seems it&#8217;s her fault for letting her boyfriend drive her car drunk with no insurance. Messed my back up, my knee, my leg and my life up, messed my job up; messed everything up. Misty tells Timmy to tell her parents to get ahold of Ronald&#8217;s Aunt Tina because she left her brand new cell phone, wallet, ID and everything in her car and after Misty tells Timmy &#8220;it&#8217;s in Ronald&#8217;s Aunt Tina&#8217;s car&#8221; Timmy said, &#8220;The one I smashed?&#8221; Misty replied &#8220;Yes&#8221; and Timmy said, &#8220;Alright, I&#8217;ll tell &#8216;em&#8221;.

It always seemed to me that he was talking about the cell phone being the thing he smashed. IIRC, that is what started off that part of the conversation was getting back the phone.
