So do we know if RC has been given a plea deal or not? Or, as usual, are there two stories/sides even to this, a thing which should be a fact, one way or the other?

Don't think there is one. Wesh tv printed an article about it but said it was unconfirmed

I think LE needs to release an audio of Ron saying he never loved Misty... can you do that please? Pretty please?

That'll get her tossin' and turnin'. mo

It is a fact, nobody is saying a deal has been reached except JVM. Art Harris said he sources say there is no deal.

OK, this is going to sound like a very stupid question...But if RC makes a plea deal on drug charges and guarantees no matter what he only gets 15 years for info on Misty and TC on Haleighs murder and they can't ever come after him then TC and Misty give up all the info they have on RC, can they finally come back after RC too?

If Misty has dirt on Ron why would he risk pizzing her off and possibly testifying against her? Does he really think that he has that much control over her?

They can always charge someone with murder, no matter what plea deal he has iin some other case...

But yet he didn't refute it and he was a guest on JVM tonight.

Usually with any deal made there is a clause that the person has to tell the truth and if it is found out they did not they can get them.

Mew, I think he did on there, I thought I heard him say his sources say no deal has been reached.

Oh okay, didn't catch that but wasn't listening 100%.

Here is the thing about anything Ron's lawyer says in public, we have Grandma Hollar's and Grandma Sykes friendship and phone connection.

Ron can have any message of the "truth" passed on to Misty through his grandma to Misty's grandma to Misty like they have been doing.

Will Ron get immunity for anything involving Haleigh if he testifies against Tommy and Misty?

I'd sure like to know what Ronald would testify about in Mistys' drug trial. That she forced him to be there and pop pills and traffic in narcotics? He was with her on the tapes. Did she have a gun pointed at him?? :waitasec:

It would be insane to give RC immunity on anything, or even to give him a plea to testify on drug case, when they have the video...none of this makes sense.

It depends on what he would know and how he knew it. If his testimony is just having to do with the drug deals I don't see any reason for them to give him a pass if he was involved in anyway with Haleigh's demise.

Just like Romeo and Juliet...BARF!!!

"Star-crossed lovers", to be sure. I know that Misty has a tattoo with RC's name on her lower back, but I've never heard/read that RC has a tattoo honoring Misty. Guess she's not the love of his life ;)

He said he wasn't immature like that.

Doesn't Tommy C only have one charge in this trafficking deal? Ronald's got, what, five? I don't think I've ever heard of a plea deal where someone with five documented charges on video was allowed to plea down to testify against a co defendant with only one. Seems strange to me.
