08-02-2010 Order Denying
Motion for Protective Order Regarding a Telephone Recording of Robin Lunceford

So glad to hear that Judge P put a stop to this back and forth Motion filing and made a ruling!
DENIED! Next .....

I wonder if the phone conversation will be released today. So far media is not reporting on this and there is no pdf filed yet.

Not even a hearing to argue the motion, gotta love it.

What's that song from a while ago?

"And another one bites, and another one bites, and another one bites the dust!":loser:

Kinda makes me angry that JB gets away with NOT following the Judge's Orders once again.
Judge P. clearly told JB to "Notice the correctional institution" .... and set it for Hearing.
As far as I can tell, JB never sent notice to the prison ....

We can always hope, ThinkTank, we haven't read the order yet.

Perhaps HHJP had a few choice things to say to Mr. Baez regarding this motion. I suspect he can be subtle and lethal at the same time.

I'm watching the site for 9th judicial court, they usually have the docs filed there. No one from media has been to the clerk's office to get this order as far as I can tell, no counter transactions for docs yet today.
I expect it will be soon though.

MuzikMan may be dashing over there as we post.:blowkiss:

In the words of Mrs. Linda Drane-Burdick, "The court should not even entertain their motion."

I just heard about this on wftv's noon news but it's not on their site yet. Must have just happened. I am looking forward to reading the order and looking forward even more to hearing the phone call.

Thank you Steely! I betcha JB is stocking up on the TUMS today.

Another win towards seeking the actual Truth and Justice for Caylee!

Thanks so much for this Nums24!

I'm sure you've read this pdf., and will agree with me. HHJP points out several places in Baez's statements where he flat out lied about what happened during the phone calls.

Mr. Baez stated in his motion that he had no idea the calls were being recorded, and his secretary must have accepted the calls before forwarding them on to Baez. HHJP specifically says the defense voice was heard on the tape immediately after pressing "1" to accept the call, and it is clear it was he who heard the recorded warning and accepted the call.

OH OH Baez, I think you got caught big time with a lot more than your hand in the cookie jar. :croc:

...and the State was truthful in their portrayal of the calls as being nothing more than RL's rantings about inmate MD.
