has no idea why she said dead body in the damn car??????:banghead:

BS YOU HAD NO IDEA WHY YOU SAID THAT!!!!!!!!!!! OMG "essentially true" HA! SHE DIDN'T PREMEDITATE! EXCITED UTTERANCE!

Dead body in damn car statement "essentially" true!

"I have no idea why I made that statement to 911" the third call. Oh paleeze, Linda .... nail her to the wall.

JB: Why did you tell the 911 officer it smelled of a dead body?
CA: I don't know - my recolation of everything that day (GA telling her it did)

and that is the clincher.

I really hate when someone says something is "essentially true", that's wiggle-language if there ever was any.

Woah, she say said she did not ptremediATE! He's losing

"Essentially" true. Mistruth? Half-truth? Which CA truth is her "essential" truth?

:banghead:

Why did you tell the 911 that you smelled a dead body in the car.
CA....I have no idea.

JB you are making the case to bring the 911 tapes in.

Cindy just said that she doesn't know why she told the 911 operator that it smelled like there's been a dead body in the damn car.

She doesn't know. Wow.

OMG! She just outright said to JB that she said whatever popped into her head in order to get LE to respond. In other words AN EXCITED UTTERANCE.

Yeah, because a smell of a death in a car is soooooooooooooo different than a hospital morgue!

You do not have any experience in smelling decomposed bodies in trunks of cars? No. You had never smelled one in your life? Not at that time.

Oh George, this is all your fault isn't it?

If you watch the hearing online, and have the television on, you get a shot of Cindy and Casey at the same time. :) FYI
