"I will win. I will win"

CA: "Whatever you think you're gonna do, think again"
TM: heavy sigh in the background

"I told you before you went on Nancy Grace that night Do Not Cross The Line"

"I'm telling you, do not wage war against the Anthony family, Tim, because you will not win, in the end you will not win, I'm telling you, okay? That is not a threat, that is a fact"

God...in...heaven... listening to this gives all new meaning to the phrase my grandmother used to gasp and say, "Well, I NEVER ...!!!"

many thanks zsazsa

What?? She is accusing TM of stealing $300?? :furious:

My continuing wish....seeing Cindy in custody, doing the perp walk

:praying:

Tim Miller is such a fine, fine man. There is so much more he could have said if he was really truthful about his feelings (as we've seen and heard before) but I really admire him for keeping his testimony to what he observed, rather than try to color it with high emotions.

Tim Miller is a living hero.

I listened to the audio interview late last night and Tim Miller is a very honorable man! Knowing how badly Cindy treated him, I know there's a lot more Tim could have said, but he kept this interview open and above board, stating factually what happened, leaving the emotional aspect out of it.

When this case is over, Tim Miller, along with Mark Nejame, Yuri Malich, John Allen, and those who truly sought justice for Caylee will emerge as heroes.

I caught the sarcasm in regards to Baez, and when it comes right down to it...........the Anthonys are getting what they deserve. Baez is an unscrupulous attorney with clients who are likewise unscrupulous.

Tim Miller has already won in so many ways that Cindy Anthony would never understand!

I know. She talks like a villain from a cheesy B-movie. I'll never understand her need to control and punish people trying to help her. TM did more than anyone in the Anthony family to find Caylee.

As for CA's behavior in particular....I remembered several times when listening to this that Tim lost his own daughter. He does this in her name, he thinks about his child everyday and pours his heart and grief into his work. What piggish behavior on the part of CA in particular, towards this man that honors his daughter's memory everyday.

And the phone call CA made to Tim, telling him not to mess with the Anthony's....I'm 'bout to violate TOS here, plenty of nasty things come to mind when I think of He-Man (CA).

CA basically told TM - 'screw you, this isn't about you this is about me.'
That's when I realized CA is one cold hearted *advertiser censored*.

I know, I couldn't believe it when he (LP) said, 'The map thing never happened.' Said Casey never came out of her room & Tim was lying about that! Hmmm, who do I believe on this one???

I didn't see the JVM show but I recall hearing LP tell this story more than once. In his version he told it that GA went back into the bedroom to get KC to mark an "X" on the spot to begin looking. I know LP told this story and also told that CA turned mean and kicked TM out of her house.

TM said Tracy may have been there but she was in a bedroom. If that's the case she would not be able to see who was where.

I happened to tune in last night and got instantly ill when LP started his chit!

He claims he asked "Tracey" about this and Tracey adamantly stated, ICA never came out of her room...I would not take Tracey's word on anything. She has crossed a fine line from being a bounty hunter/security personnel to an emotional relationship with ICA. She drank her koolaid, she's been conned, IMO...if she can believe a word ICA told her, she's just as bad as the rest of them.

At first I had huge respect for LP, thinking he was there to truly find Caylee, alive...but he is dishonoring precious Caylee just as her grandparents are. I believe MN has him pegged and stated, LP has been wrong with every aspect, from his searching the river, to her cellphone pings. His nonsense about RKronk and his "diasy" chain, still claiming RK is dating a CO where ICA is being housed and she might have overheard some conversations and passed it on to RK...you'll see with his phone records, he called his family to brag that he just found the missing child, paraphrased...JMHO

If anyone has credibility here, it's TM! Not only for his experience in locating the missing, his experience with other families in comparison to this family. He has the inside scoop, not LP....He also claims that GA lost it, he physically attacked ICA to get her to tell where Caylee was...GA's friend from Ohio and CA had to pull GA off/away from ICA...JMHO

I only hope that LP doesn't mess up this trial. I wonder why he is no longer on Caylee's side? When did he cross over that fine line for justice for Caylee? He never had a nice word to describe ICA while he was 'guarding' her and his investment...when did that change????

JMHO

Justice for Caylee
IMHO, it was never really about Caylee...it was always about LP.

Has there been any mention of how much water was standing in the very beginning, those two weeks just before the storm hit? A neighbor had said that there wasn't any water back there at that window of time, but I may be mistaken. I understand what TM meant by not being able to take those boat things into something like that, but they couldn't have gotten one of those into where Caylee was anyway. I'll never understand why police or any searchers never put on hip boots and walked that area from the road all the way to the back of the house before the water got up to knee deep. Actually though, how can even knee deep be too deep to ever walk a search if there's water all over Florida like that. That has upset me more than any of the spats and outbursts that Cindy has had during the period when so many were coming and going into her home.

In addition to the despicable phone message she left for Tim, Cindy has insulted him at every opportunity - I can't think of any search situation where the family have criticized searchers. When told that Tim said the area in question was under water and could not be searched she said "the only wet back there is where Tim Miller spilled his vodka". That is classic Cindy.

Is that her go-to put down? Whever she is ticked at someone she calls them a drunk (Tim, John Morgan)....wonder if there is a drunk in her family somewhere that she heard berated over the years, cause she loves to cling to the alcohol thing.

But that's just it. She didn't want Caylee found.

I've always wondered if that was water in the water bottles Cindy always has?

I believe, they feared destroying any evidence, her tiny bones would have been crushed! TM said, he has no regrets for pulling out. They knew this was an area they had to come back to search.

TM will be the best witness for the prosecution. He has the "insight" into how this family behaved, what they did not do to help, what they did do to hinder finding Caylee. There is too much evidence against ICA, IMO...at every turn you have a mother who never alerted authorities to an allegedly missing child. Even as the grandmother forces the issue and calls the police, ICA's remarks, will show an emotionless mother, one who was not concerned or worried that her baby was not in her care. This will wake up those jurors to pay attention to every detail spoken. When TM takes the stand, he will be one of the most credible witnesses for Caylee...then you have those wonderful volunteers who will also tell of the site being under water for most of the summer...

I truly can't wait for this trial to get under way. I want to see ICA squirm, I want to see her show her anger, when her friends tell their side of it. Not once did she show any emotions...still doesn't unless it's anger or tears for herself...JMHO

Who's crying for Caylee?????

Justice for Caylee!

I totally agree. She was there to do a JOB..you can be friendly but remain professional.

It has to do with what they are looking for. A walking water search is really only used to find something fast. A child that has been missing for a short period of time or similar. Measured in hours. It presumes that you have an intact body. It is the absolute worst situation to search in. Water is too shallow to do a swimming/diving search, but you can't see through it, its too deep to simply feel with your hands easily, so you are essentially stomping around in the mud hoping to bump into something with your legs. The alternative is to use drag hooks, which are a truly horrifying way to search for someone, once again only really work on a body that is only a few days old, and don't work in an area with heavy underbrush.

Wherever possible LE will prefer a dry area. They will often drain ponds rather than attempting a walking search of them. If it is an area that is cyclicaly or seasonaly flooded, they will wait and search when it is dry.

The area could have been dry depending on how long the area went with out rain but it could also have remained wet and marshy but not flooded in June.. Hurricane season officially starts June 1 and ends November 30...
July, August, Septemger we usually get thunderstorms daily...add to that any extra weather events like tropical storms and hurricanes.

The wooded area around the school and Hopespring is large...IMO based on the info given it all pointed to the wooded area by the school.
