JBP: ordered by court where experts have not prepared reports, both the state and the defense are required to provide the following:

the expert's CV/qualifications
their field of expertise or medical specialty
a statement of the specific subjects on which exp will testify/opinion
the substance of facts to which exp expected to testify
last but not least a summary of expert's opinion and grounds therefore

by 3 p.m. december 23rd..

I think we got our smack down folks.

JBP asking Ashton on what date was the defendant indicted?

JA saying not sure of the date but Oct something.....

JBP asking JB on what date did you file for discovery?

JB gave date.

JBP saying since you guys have not been able to cooperate with each other (I'm paraphrasing) regarding discovery, JBP now requires all experts
CV, field of expertise, statement of specific substances expert will testify on, substance of the facts they are expected to testify on, summary of the expert's opinion and grounds for their opinion

to be received by 3pm on Dec 23 to be filed by a plea in court

other expert scheduled for depo next week should be done by noon of Tues of next week.

JA says there is one other scheduled for some future date.

JBP says that one to be done Tues also.
