The only good thing about JB's long ramblings is that my computer room is getting a good cleaning. I just turn up the audio and clean away....desk done yesterday, woodwork and cabinets this morning...next up the windows. Hubby can't say I have just sat around all day..hehehe!

BBM ITA This is the entire defense: Oh they are picking on me, as you said. Blame. I agree this is all a jury will hear. That and the Anthony's complete hostility toward anyone trying to find Caylee.

It occurs to me that this is an extension of JBs procrastination, stalling for time, putting things off. Now he's planning on making these hearings take forever...to delay timeframe? I hope HHJP schedules hearings this weekend to put it back on track.

We know the pros wouldn't torture us like this. So we went through all that so we could hear the grand Baez say:

We end with Mr. Baez saying the big ol' officers broke George into trying to get ICA to confess based against the advice of her attorney, ME, the Great Mr. Baez.

I wanted to express that but did not know how. Even with my opinion that what Jose is doing is wrong on every level of wrong. Same with George. Fine. But. Get. To. It.

It's like, even they, have a hard time being clear with what they are saying because they know what bull plop it is.

All I got to say is GA wanted to find his grand daughter, well LE found her, and also found out how she has come to be there yet GA refuses to accept the truth. Nothing he can do now either about it. Instead of digging a big hole for himself, you would think that this man would have an ounce of integrity and at his age have his life mean something!

He isn't proctecting anything at this stage but he sure can protect his reputation and salvage what is left of his Family Name, but NO GA wants to totally ruin it more.

I think Casey is writing down what she thinks of each person as they testify.. Right now I think that she is writing about dad and I do think there may be a llllloooootttt of swear words...

Casey is writing a sequel to "Diary of Days." This one is titled "Tribulations of Trial." Casey is hoping this fictional work will be a best seller after her trial concludes and she's acquitted. It will finance her "la bella vita."

Okay... that whole audio was so Jose could complain... about what? It is my opinion, that it proves that LE was simply following Casey's lead... George stated at the beginning of the audio that it was he who asked for this visit... and Casey wrote a note to the Sheriff requesting this visit... detectives continued to say that it was what Casey wanted... it was what Casey asked for. When it became apparent that things were starting to look like it was going in a different direction, LE stated that Casey could meet with George alone, with her attorney... whatever she wanted.

I see no where in this audio where LE was doing this because they had orchestrated it? George wanted to see Casey alone without all the media fanfare and it being released to the public... which the still complain about... Casey wrote a note that she wanted to meet with her father alone. So they helped make that happen for her and her father... when Casey decided to back out... I see no evidence that LE was irritated with Casey's decision... they actually were saying that she could still meet with her father with her attorney.

LDB is going to rip this to shreds!

I just wonder if that ties in to why ICA chose her father to see alone.

"Get me outta here ,or else!" Up until then George was telling LE he thought ICA was involved .He also was somewhat estranged from KC,so it's never made sense to me that she suddenly trusted George so much that she wanted to waste her one shot alone time with him. Lee was the most obvious choice for that,but she chose George.Why?
Of course,she ultimately called it off ,but still.......

George has made several veiled comments concerning his past with LE and I don't mean when he was on the force...or do I?
To Casey in jail, "When I did what I did...this stuff was already decided."
"The longer this goes on, the more stuff that's gonna come out."
To me that sounded as if he was begging Casey to come clean before all the dirt gets out.
Such an odd statement from a guy who was only helping boost the Nigerian economy. Hmmm.
He has been up to no good and I hope this comes out. Impeach his lying sniveling statements!
No way are these the actions of a defense whose client is innocent.

It was a hoot as ICA grabbed JB's arm as something was said by George or the recording and she was shaking her head and scribbling fast and she soooooooo wanted to make her point with JB but he was in the zone and brushed her off,lol, IMO
