OK I just watched raw video of part 1 and 2 of the hearing today but I really want to see the continual of the end of part 2 which would be part 3...when the argument over evidential with the witness on the stand that JA objected to. Isn't this where the Judge went off? Anyone got the link or vid of that?

I agree with you Baznme - I was expecting CA to be far more confrontational that she was today - didn't think she was at all. I saw her exchanging "looks'' with ICA as if to say - sorry - but I have to say what actually happened.
For me the eyebrow raising comment when she said Then, at that time it was the worst thing I ever smelled. And I did think WTH was that about.:banghead:

put in my car and drove George home and went to CSI.
 
O/T but I made 2 gallons of home made Chili yesterday and it's gone. So much for not having to cook for 2 days. :crazy:

But a BIG compliment to my Chili, so I'll take it. :crazy:
 
Incidentally, the smell does not equate with pizza. I know this because in college we would order one and leave it on the counter (totally lazy and irresposible) but it never smelled...it just dried up. It was a humilated pizza, like what happens to raisins...which is why I won't eat them, just humiliated grapes.

I love how now, CA is blaming her lack of credibility on anti-depressants. Funny how none of the disclaimers (may cause you to...) say it will cause you to lie. Absolutely black out.
 
:sigh: All of this is going to be Jose asking about "where the car was in the bay" and who had access to it...

this is all about how the FBI left the trash out and so the garbage, the evidence is not any good.

Jose is asking about the stink.

Witness says all of bay area stunk.

O-M-G. Could we possibly be any more ridiculous? How does someone with that mentality make it through law school? Sheesh. I'll have to watch for that tonight. I missed it earlier.
 
I mean, really. This is just Cindy's "it was pizza" defense. Why can't Jose just say, "we think this is what happened" and ask the questions that way?

Why? Because he has no point to get to. It does not behoove Mr. Baez to ask clear concise questions because there are no clear or concise answers.

I wonder if Baez thinks he can annoy the SA into mistrial or plea. He really seems to be going out of his way to push their buttons lately.
