I'm not promoting smoking dope but I'm not sure CD needs to start going to pain clinics and getting "legal pain meds" b/c I'm pretty sure that those are probably the drugs of choice for BJD (examples..oxycotin, percoset, viocidin, etc - spelling is probably not right).

I hope he's talking to LE....let's bring Hailey home

I so agree! That is the last thing he needs. At this point I'm going on record to say it is my opinion that it's a lifestyle choice for Clint and not because of any pain. Not quite as fed up with him as I am with BD but it sure is getting close for me.

Then, when I add to it, CD's continuing his habit, not divorcing BJD and showing up late to court after all this, it's bizarre behavior. If all of it is related to his weed habit, well then, as opposed to what his brother-in-law suggested (that his habit does not affect his performance as a worker, or as a father), stop smoking it.

I agree with you, epiphany.
I will also believe that his habit does not affect his performance as a worker, or as a father, when I believe that Casey Anthony, didn't kill her daughter, Scott Peterson Didn't kill his wife and unborn son or OJ didn't kill his wife.
I don't mean to bash Clint but there is a limit to what the parents in this case are doing.

Exactly what would keep CD bonded to BD after everything that has come out about SA's *advertiser censored* collection and more than likely BD's *advertiser censored* collection? There has to be something we all are missing somewhere along the line. I can't for the life of me figure out his bond with her. I've been married for 22 years and if I found out my husband was into CP, I'd boot his azz to the curb so fast, his head would spin. I wouldn't even look back. And trust me, if he found out I had an addiction to CP, he'd boot me to the curb just as quick. So, what gives here? Exactly, who's zooming who here?

If so, if Billie's got something hanging over his head, it's likely drug-related. LE is interested in nailing down a Hailey case and/or a CP case. It's not enough to explain CD's actions/statements away for me. It's not his love-bond, IMO. LE will overlook whatever she's got on him, if anything, in exchange for any info he can offer them. CD needs to clear his head---anything Billie's got is, IMO, not big enough to allow whomever is responsible to get away with this.

Those are the jailbirds we know about; wouldn't be surprised if the whole dang bunch of them hasn't had some run-ins with the law.

He can be cocky all he wants for now; maybe CD will tell LE what he has been hearing or about some of tips he has received.

Cocky only last so long; his day is coming and it won't be because he showed up late for court.

It's too late IMO for him to do right by Hailey while she was here and it's getting pretty late in the game to do right by her in the only way that you can now and that's to 100% make sure that no matter what..and no matter who..and no matter what skeleton's are still looming in your closet..none of that matters IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE HAILEY'S VOICE..STAND UP FOR HER AND ENSURE JUSTICE IS SERVED ON THOSE WHO ENDED HER MUCH TOO SHORT LIFE HERE ON THIS EARTH!!!!

IT IS NOW OR NEVER AND THE CLOCK IS TICKING..Clint there is only limited time left at this point..For once do the right thing for Hailey..for your 2 children still here..Tell all you know and help them ensure swift and firm justice on Hailey's behalf..

You're more patient than I, Tezi. The moment my ex's live-in trashed my missing child, failed the polys, etc., and my ex ever supported him/her in any way, shape or form, I'm done.

No, he'd be out the door POST HASTE if he ever trashed my missing child (if I had one that went missing), or failed a polygraph, ect. The CP would just be the final nail in his coffin, if you get my meaning....I would never stick by and let anything like this happen. He'd be missing himself. And we've traveled down some pretty rocky roads, but nothing like this. In fact, the last five and half years have been really bad with people dying in his family, but we've managed somehow to work things out between us.

Add in CP and I'd run to LE with anything I ever had on him, or anyone he has ever known. Then we have bestiality for which there are no words. Where is a line for these people (well BD)?

Now there's CD showing up 40 minutes late for court. Mounting legal and financial problems are the last thing he needs, and do not help his ability to find his daughter. Unless there is an excellent reason for this "tardiness" my opinion of him is rapidly diminishing to where he is only slightly above that of his wife.

BBM: Yep, I'd be beating down the door to the police station. There would be no way he'd get by with jaywalking after I told LE everything I knew, if I were in that situation.
