Retired Circuit Judge O.H. Eaton Jr. is a legal analyst for WESH. He said he is confident the appeal will be denied.

"The problem I have with the argument that was made by the lawyers for the media is they didn't really give an alternative suggestion ... all that she said was let's require the judge to disclose the location immediately," Eaton said. "She didn't give any options or any alternatives."

ORLANDO -- Woman in South Florida thinks he's the best at what he does. She went online and nominated Melich for 2011's "America's Most Wanted" All-Star for his work on the Casey Anthony case.

Melich's nominator said he has shown truthfulness and passion in investigating the case.

If he wins, Melich will get a $10,000 check as part of a total prize package worth more than $15,000.


Online voting ends Sunday. The winner will be notified by phone on Monday, the same day jury selection is scheduled to begin in Casey's trial.

Lippman said his public statement in the media is a last resort.

"I hate to have to do it this way. This is my last resource at this point," he said.

Lippman pointed out that Anthony's lead attorney, Jose Baez, has had time in the last week to appear at a public forum and do national television interviews, but lamented that Baez would not take the time to address George and Cindy Anthony's request.

The search is on first thing Monday morning for 20 people who can be fair to Casey Anthony and who can afford to spend two months or more away from families and jobs.

WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer says jury selection is more of an art than a science and one of the most critical stages of the trial. He says caregivers of young children and elderly relatives, and people who live hand-to-mouth, would most likely be excused.
