YES - instructions to the potention jurors. Please ignore emotions (ie, ICA crying).

I love this judge.

MOO

Mel

What's wrong KC??

poorkc.PNG

Judge just told jurors not to take emotions into consideration!!!!!!!!!!!!

HHJP: I have just read to you an indictment, an indictment is just the charges brought and you are not to find any fact based on that.

His Honor told the jury, emotion is not to be used only the evidence presented, paraphrased...

Didn't the DT bring her any real tissues. She's now using brown paper towels out of a restroom. Ever blow your nose using one of those things?

Just chatter while they're at sidebar.

Mel

OUCH! That's gotta suck. Hate those paper towels.

Gosh she is a great actor....no way do I believe her act, not after watching her smile and flirt in every other court appearance.

Now I thought Perry was going to DISALLOW this kind of behavior in court...along with the attorneys touching the defendant! :banghead:

Judge Perry.....LOOK UP!!! :banghead:

I LOVE YOU JUDGE PERRY!!!!!!! :great:

LOVING YOU TOO PROSECUTION FOR INTERRUPTING TO CALL ATTENTION TO PERRY!!!:rocker::rocker:

Poor AF, she must have bad eyes as she has to get about 4 inches from the paper to read it.....same as me. I feel for ya sister, even if you are on the DT! :)

:cow:

Sunny on IS just said according to jury polls a crying defendant is usually equated with guilt and ICA crying will be looked upon as a bad thing by jury.

ETA - Only seen as bad when she's hysterical this early on when no evidence has been shared yet.

HHJP Just said "Please remember that emotions are not to be considered" or something to that effect.

ICA.....all alone with her mucus..........

That's really curious b/c when my son lost his best friend at age 17 (he was like another one of our children and a very difficult loss) the lights popping, dimming and flickering was something that went on for a long time after his death. It was very strange.

:cow:

My first thought when the lights went out was "Turn out the lights! The party's over!" Justice for Caylee!

Guess she used up all the kleenex, now it's paper towels!

Interesting - The SA is giving the dates of this crime from June 15/08 to July 16/08 - not naming a specific date.

:twocents: According to the ASA :rocker:in my office: that time frame is reflective of the period WHEN the crimes!!!!! ALL of them occurred.

I :innocent: add (respectfully, of course) that the ultimate TOD (time of death) CAN NOT be determined BUT it is "estimated" from the LAST KNOWN Sighting of her ALIVE. :maddening:

The tears (yeah right) are flowing. HHJP says to not take emotions into consideration.

The show has begun folks. I hope these people see through this carp. The evidence speaks for itself.

Sorry I'm so slow getting the pics up...it's really taking a long time for them to load.

My son did that too. All kinds of odd electrical/lighting tricks with me and his friends for about a year. It's Caylee.
