When was the last one that wasn't excused?
WFTV reporter Kathi Belich was told that the whole thing could have been avoided Monday because there was discussion of a possible plea deal, but Casey said no. She would have had to admit to every detail of Caylee's murder.

I know you did lg, just for the record, one more time.
There was NO plea deal.:blowkiss:
Are you sure that HHJP was just checking with ICA that she wanted to maintain her plea of Not Guilty?
That is different to the state offering a deal

That is such a good question!:banghead:
I disagree. As a small business owner, I cannot even begin to imagine the expenses of paying an employee's salary PLUS their sub for 2 months. Payroll is our biggest expense by far, and that would be a huge burden.
For a big company it may not be a major issue, but for us it would be devastating. Not to mention the cost of training a new person who isn't even going to stay.
Could the confusion be with the word phrase "plea deal"? I mean, if the judge asks if she wants to change her plea and avoid trial, that is not a plea deal that's being offered. That's more procedural, right? A plea "deal" signifies an offer of something less than death or possibly less than life in prison.
