Maybe this is it. Maybe they are going to keep that PJ and ICA is upset because it's down to the wire now.

ICA crying for herself again

No - the DT just told her to really amp up the waterworks because HHJP is getting ready to bring in the 12 to swear in - so this is a good opportunity to start the "Pity Party".

This is just all part of the BIG ACT for the jurors.

Pathetic and disgusting. ICA - your days are now officially numbered sweetcheeks.

Oh my lord ICA is not a happy bunny at all.

This is when I wish I was watching it online instead of reading commentary! I wanna see this! Thanks for the commentary though.............

Sitting here so long on the computer is so bad for our health, diet, etc. perhaps we can consider each break to be an exercise period...anybody care to lead? Please...

I'm watching on CNN ... I don't see ICA pitching a fit. she just looks like normal ICA ??

ICA rustling AF's papers - what if she wrote some personal note to herself?
oy

There is the slightest chance that one juror might want definitive cause of death...did the ME name one specifically? That could be what the defense is counting on...

That's what I am wondering. It seems that they are all bending to her. They seem like they are taking COMPLETE direction from her. WHen did she manage to get a law degree?

Well, of course they are. She is the middle finger of the hand, and she is the CEO. She is in charge because her daddy said so!

All attorneys entered through a side door to confer with their client in a private meeting room.

Finally joining you after a long day at work. How utterly inconvenient. So are we waiting for JP to swear in?

Well I was on a murder jury. Was not DP, but was sequestered. I felt like the defendant had more rights than I did. I was only locked up 4-5 days/nights. that was enough for me, I can not imagine 2 months, but if I had to I could do it. BTW, defendent got 25 years. Judge was AA, defendant was Caucasian, victim was AA. Judge got repremanded by the Supreme Court and sentence reduced.

Carolina Girl,
I have a question. How much impact, if any, did your feelings about the various attorneys have on the jurors decisions. I mean, did it matter whether one side was funnier or more likable than the other when it was all said and done? Did any of the jurors like one attorney way more than another? And did that matter during deliberations? Thanks
