lol

Do you think the DT knows what that means? :floorlaugh:

A lot of devout christians belive that no matter what crime he/she has done they are still still "a soul worth saving."
It does say 'Love your enemies and pray for them."

I am not religious. yet I fully agree. contrition would make a big difference in the way the jury treated ICA is my guess. if she showed any sign of it, they'd never consider the DP and I dont believe the state would have either.

From what I gathered , both the State and the DT see no reason to keep the 11 peeps back there and are going to talk to the judge about it.

Or JB is saying "send them packing" and will beg JA for a plea bargain. Let's face it, JB (or should I say ICA) isn't going to get the jury he so desperately wants - so why bother.

Like the pot juror said, it sure would make my life easier.

MOO

hhjp not in his chair yet... perhaps he is talking to the remaining (and ever shifting) 11

I've always wanted to say this in the correct context so here it goes:

HERE COMES THE JUDGE

I know what it meant. I was asking the poster that I quoted if they didn't want to remain seated...as in they gave up that the mics were on.
I am laughing now ... this is so ridiculous isn't it ...

I have told hubby al day I am in my room I have cramps .. It worked he has left me alone ... no PMS here .. hahaha

Think the sidebar was to discuss what they were going to tell the 11 PJ that came in to be sworn. They have come to agreement and Judge is off to tell the PJ to go home again. And apologize..surely!

Anyone know what's going on right now? Sidebar is over, but JP is gone and there is still silence. Did he declare a recess???

JB states that he cannot, in good conscience, continue with questioning of this juror.

Oooooooh
I missed this one.....

So why in all good conscience is he making/forcing the older AA "I can not judge another person because of my religious beliefs" woman sit on the jury panel...she should have been excused. :twocents:

IMO I feel the decision to keep her will come back to bite them.

So....as of right now.........how many jurors do we have and how many strikes are left to be used? Thanks!
