oooohhhh down to their last card....how will the DT play it? I can see them holding at 12 and trying to get all PJ waiting to come in dismissed. Then what happens if no alt jurors available?

They are probably all not there. I don't think he called them in for today.

About this last guy - I think he will be great for the State.

As far as his rehabilitation comments - he said IF the person was a MINOR (ICA was NOT a minor at the time of the crime)

I also believe he said that because of his sister's crime - she was probably a minor at that time.

With that - I don't think he'll favor the DT with age AT ALL.

So, I guess the plan is to go through the rest of the jurors/strikes and then swear the 12 in the morning? Hopefully?

WHich is fine with me...if they can accept a few more and JB only has one strike left, that means we DO have a jury with alternates.

HHJP is not swearing in the 12 he has and is forging onwards with the others, so JB has got his way yet again.

I think HCJP wanted the recess to have the other 11 called back in so they will be there ready to swear in when there is 13, because DT only has one strike left......MO

Keep in mind everyone that HHJP knows exactly what he is doing. He will not have any appeals come back on this case. He will swear in when he feels safe to do so. DT only 1 strike and SA has 3.

So, I guess it was true that JB convinced HHJP to let them hear all of the rest of the jurors. I had not heard 100% confirmation of that until now.

I thought JP had changed his mind after either a sidebar or break yesterday..He didn't actually say so but said something like "we have so many pts left & we'll go thru them ALL as time allows & then that's it"..So, yes, I def got the impression he did bend to Baez.

He also went through a crime committed against his father by his own sister. I do not think he would take too kindly to Casey falsely accusing George and Lee of sexual abuse/incest just as a cover to her crime. That's not rehabilitated!

I wonder if Casey is able to watch Nancy Grace like she could in Orlando? She must have throughly enjoyed all the speculation about what happened yesterday if she can. That would anoy me no end

They are not going to swear the jurors in at this time. They will continue to interview the remaining jurors this morning.

Do we even know that the other 11 are waiting at the courthouse?

He had them hanging around for days and released them at one point when the strikes kept flying. Maybe he needs to call them to come down. :dunno:
