What is a witness notebook?

Their notes on all the witnesses, their depos, investigations they made into the characters of the witnesses, that sort of thing. Their files.

Can't believe the DT didn't just drop off all the files at the jail and have ICA organize it for them, she seems to love doing that. :crazy:

She IS a mouthpiece for the defense...the defense knows that they better not DARE to show their faces in the media this close to trial starting, so they are using LKB to say "junk science" for them. When we really get into the forensics, don't worry, the jury won't be thinking junk science...they will be thinking, "Oh my GAWD! She is really guilty."

ETA: It's the defense that has "junk experts."

Kinda interesting that the juror who cried and talked about duct tape being on Caylee's mouth and nose was given the juror number 3131.

Like a little cosmic backhand for the fact that it took 31 days for someone to make a 911 call for this child.

I didn't hear this morning the lady say she used to keep children.
You could really hear how much she loves children in her voice.

She even told the Judge I'm sorry after she stated she could not turn her feelings aside. Judge told her she didn't have to be sorry. He prolly wanted to tell her I am with you! JMO

It is a very sad, sad feeling to see a woman who when her child, her flesh and blood, being found in a "lot with duct tape covering her mouth" and she doesn't have ANY emotion! A stranger has more compassion about Caylee than her own mother. To me, that is one of the most sickening parts of this case. I would be on the floor wracked with grief. I would be physically ILL. She looked like a college student writing notes on a boring lecture. I pray to the Universe that there is justice and swiftly starting Monday.

What is a witness notebook?

A witness notebook will contain any exhibits that might be used during the witnesses testimony, their deposition testimony and any discovery that might pertain to that witness.

Meanwhile an atty witness binder should also be prepared with all of the above in addition to an "outline" of sorts about important facts, line of questioning or any other material.

If they're organized one should be made for each witness.

What's the problem? I can totally see how Kronk could dress in drag, and not only fool everyone into thinking he is a woman, but also be a total 10. It makes perfect sense he would befriend ICA years ago, just on the off chance she might someday bear a child. Then he goes out of his way to make himself so valuable to ICA she uses him as her nanny, and also manages to avoid any and all contact with another person while in costume. Except for the actors he paid to portray his mother, his sister, his children, his sister's children...I wonder what he did with all them to keep from getting outed?

Or maybe the caller was one of those troll people, I just don't know.

I also think, and said it earlier - that it is very ironic how Casey sits there judging all of these people, when in the end, it is they who will ultimatley judge her!

I did not word my post correctly. I know LKB is NOT really 'working' on the DT now but she seems like she is working undercover for them the way she talks on these shows. She is like a mouthpiece for them. She made my blood boil just a bit just now actually, inferring that the state's case is ALL based upon junk science and nothing more. imoo

How chilling. At the 17.03 mark ICA gets AF's attention, points to something on her paper and mouths 'my mum'. IMO. She is a very, very strange person.
