An aside......just looked up Lisabeth Fryer's educ.......graduate of Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law - a 4th tier law school and only open since I think 2006. She seems quite capable - what a good opportunity for such young professional..........only been out of school a year.

Looking at these 2 young woman sitting next to each other - One, poised and professional. Her life still ahead of her. The other - basically her life is over. Talk about making life choices......extremely sad.

I don't understand about the big deal of ICA laughing/etc. Who cares, she's still on trial in a capital murder case. The only time you should be worried about her laughing/smiling is if she's doing that while walking out of that courthouse a free woman.
