Wants transcripts of Dr. Weiss and Dr. Dansinger. LDB says they have them. Wants an additional 100 hours of investigative services for the penalty phase for their mitigation specialist.

So if the SA hands over to the DT their transcripts of Dr. Weiss and Dr. Danziger, does that mean the transcripts will be released under the Sunshine law? I am very interested in reading those transcripts.
