I wish the jury could see her reacting this way. That would blow Baez's little explanation out of the water. She certainly does not look like somebody who has no feelings or reactions.

She will eventually blow when they are in...she cannot stop herself.

I'm thinking up until that very moment today in the court rm that ICA honestly thought she was walking out of jail in 6-8 weeks. I think JB really convinced of her that.....
I'd say she saw the light today for the very first time of the way it's really going to be........................remember how happy she was all those weeks in court playing para legal and flirting with her boys........well she is almost at the end of the hallway again.....

That's why I think this hissy fit was spontaneous and not rehearsed. The jury was gone and it was Cindy walking past without a glance that pushed KC over the edge. And I bet KC continued her rant in the back room letting loose on the DT. Oh to be a fly on that wall!!:fence:

Yes, on the wftv clip of the tantrum - you can see ICA's eyes tracking CA out of the courtroom with no expression on her face and then her mouth drops open in shock - and she starts her rant. This is obviously when GA got up and hugged CA and walked her out of the courtroom for a break.

Also when Cindy (when she was first called in) sat down ICA was staring her down BIG time. You could tell she was pi**ed about something. Now I would bet money on the fact that CA did not look her way as she took the stand (or going as we witnessed).

Listening to CA today recounting all of the whoppers that KC told her over that 31 days and how she bought every one hook, line and sinker I am sure that she really thought that she would buy this one, too. It never occurred to her that her mother wouldn't believe her. No matter how unlikely or outlandish the story it seems that her mother always believed her and stood by her. Now she must feel like they have chosen Caylee over her once again.

For those who are thinking that George MIGHT have been raping her since she was 8, or 10, or 13...think about this fact.

Casey did not tell her mother about this childhood abuse at all. She had her attorneys INFORM Cindy what the new defense strategy was going to be about 6 weeks ago. That was it.

Casey could have told her mother about the abuse after she was first arrested and then released. They could have gone to the SA and told about her being forced to have oral sex and about the accidental drowning, and she would have walked FREE. Wonder why she never did that.

IMHO

SA's best bet if ICA testifies is LDB. ICA is intimidated by strong, intelligent, professional women. LDB will be able to maintain control and a cool, calm demeanor. I would be concerned JA's temper may get the better of him on cross. (I must admit I love his passion though!)

well if the story is, his temper took over yesterday when he crossed G. after jb got done, and that hypothetical was the result
