All LE testimony is very bad for DT. ICA continued with her Zanny story. Listening to this testimony blows me away. ICA is absolutely diabolical. Moment after moment she has the chance to say this was an accident and doesn't. For THREE YEARS!

Hey! So she lied about everything under the sun for 3+ years. She's telling the truth NOW ;)

Think we will get to Yuri today? :groucho:

Usually the lead Det. is the last state witness to tie up the whole investigation, usually summarizing the whole thing from start to finish.

casey told her where to drive and where to stop (they arrived at 1205 am) apt 210 sawgrass aptmnts

Maybe this is the reason Baez is NOW arguing over the jail videos being shown.

In one of the jail videos Cindy says to Casey it is being reported or said that Caylee drowned in the swimming pool and Casey's reply was.."surprise, surprise"

I would love to know what CM is thinking about JB.

To you lawyers out there - has there ever been a case where the state bar has come into an active trial and removed a lead attorney in a case with the DP as a possible outcome? (based on incompetence before and during trial).

I'm not an attorney. However, I generally understand that to be in the remit of the Trial Judge.

A recent case was Joseph Rafkosky in a Federal Murder case (not a DP case as I understand though) where the Washington Post reported that a "D.C. Superior Court judge declared a mistrial Friday in a 2008 murder case and allowed the defendant to fire his New York-based attorney, who exhibited what the judge said were numerous signs that he lacked knowledge of proper trial procedure, including telling the jury during his opening statements that he had never tried a case before". However, in his subsequent lawsuit, dubbed Joseph Rafkosky v the Internet, he stated that he moved to withdraw from the case and that this was the reason for a mistrial.

I am surprised that the Sawgrass apartments actually exist. With all her imaginary friends she could have at least made an set of imaginary apartments.

They say that all good liars base their lies on some level of truth. She had friends that lived there.

"A" Jeff Hopkins did exist.

At one time she worked for/at Universal Studios.

I could go on. . .

I hope this commentary is okay. I just cannot believe ICA had the nerve to take LE to Sawgrass apartments. Every time I'm reminded of it it knocks me on my tail.
