I can not seem to remember this, who is the person that found and hired JB as KC's att.? And why is CM not helping JB with some of what JB keeps throwing out to the Court? I mean CM does seem to know what he is doing so WHY does he just sit there and let JB make a fool out of himself?

Plus with all of the mistakes it seems that JB is making won't this make it a lot easier for KC to push her appeals once she is found guilty?

I am so confused by JB and his way of trying this case!!! ;-|

ETA: that came across snippy, sorry for that. I was just trying to get it out quickly because the thread is moving so fast. HHJP didn't give Baez what he wanted, so my guess is HHJP thinks Baez's argument was a fail. His objection is on record though for appeals.

To you lawyers out there - has there ever been a case where the state bar has come into an active trial and removed a lead attorney in a case with the DP as a possible outcome? (based on incompetence before and during trial).

In other words, JB wants any bad stuff cut out, and to cut them up in a manner that he can manipulate in the way he wants.

If he wants everything that makes Casey look bad taken out, every tape will be the same: "Hi, Casey". "Hi, Mom/Dad/Lee".
